Their quote beat every other quote I received. We agreed upon a date and time. The night before service, Tony called me to confirm the appointment time. The morning of, Tony called to let me know he would be here just a few minutes late because he was rerouted due to an accident. (Note: my pickup time was 8:00, and I live between two very busy morning traffic roads, so this is 100% understandable.) I appreciated the communication.. most companies wouldn't call about a 5 minute difference! Jerrell was right on time and actually had everything out and loaded when Tony got here at 8:05. Jerrell and Tony were both so friendly. This is extremely important for me, as I am a single woman. You never know who is coming in to your home, and the kindness and warmth was greatly appreciated. Also, an extra FYI: when I was talking to Jerrell about the moving services they provide, I did ask if they are insured, and he said they are insured and bonded. The team could sense the feelings wrapped up in this job and were so patient and gentle. They were honest about what could be donated and what would likely be scrap. Two people moved things out while one went through some stuff and separated it for charity. I was chatting with one and they mentioned that the owner had collected over 100 discarded bikes and used his own money to fix them and give them to less fortunate children. I know they also donate to some senior citizen facilities, among other places. Their kind nature and altruism really made a difficult life transition easier for my mother.
