What a waste of time. We were quoted almost double the cost of most screen printers we have used before, but after a quick revision the price was dropped. (Not a bad thing but does that mean service will be lacking?) Then we were told our order would take 2-3 weeks! They were busy with other orders much larger than ours so I guess, we as a new client, were not very appreciated. That seemed long too, but ok, we are new to them. There was a physical mock up that they wanted to put together and we were told to come by any time (on a weekend) to come see what it would look like. Well we get there and they left early for the day. "So sorry...." Was what we heard, but they were nice enough to send us it by carrier two days later. Well once we got it.....it was the wrong mock up, "so sorry for the confusion, ok let's make sure we get it right" is what they now tell us. When asked for a revision and we were told in an email that there would be a charge for that? When we questioned that they said they can't help us. What a waste of time! read more

For the price, this was a great turn-around. The print work we got done was good for what we needed, but I think there was some misinformation (or miscommunication) on what exactly we were getting. Hussein and crew came recommended by a friend/ client. Noel at H&S was super helpful and was cool even though we had a small run and a tight deadline. Noel was very responsive and understood our sense of urgency, she helped push the process along quickly. Art mockup and sample process was quick and painless, and pro. They were able to turn our order around ahead of schedule. My boyfriend just had some shirts printed for his company here. He usually goes all the way out to Tualatin but going there and back just takes too long when you throw in traffic. The gentleman here is very friendly and offered a reasonable and competitive rate. Its a few miles from his warehouse which is very convenient for him. They responded promptly to all of our questions/ concerns in a timely manner. I think we've found our new go to for screen printing. read more

Every summer our homeschool group gets our families together to have a tie dye party, and a few years ago someone had the idea of getting group shirts professionally screen printed for the party with the name of our group on them and a fun design. We've been doing this ever since. But every year we've had problems with totally unprofessional screen printers that we won't go back to. I'd begun to think it was some kind of jinx. This year I'd already contacted a different company that just stopped responding when I asked to please give me size charts for their shirts. I was at my wit's end when I contacted H & S.
