The product quality has been average at best, turnaround times have often been slower than expected, and the design process can be frustrating. I've found myself going through a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth due to layout, sizing, and design issues that should have been caught earlier in the process. Another thing I didn't care for is that payment is required before seeing the finished product. While I understand why some businesses operate this way, I personally prefer companies that allow customers to review their order before final payment. What ultimately made me stop using them was the customer service. Communication was inconsistent, orders were sometimes delayed, and I often felt like resolving issues wasn't a priority. I gave them several chances because I like supporting local businesses, but after multiple experiences, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.

I called to inquire because my file was too big to upload to their website. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She told me to email the file and they were able to provide a quote through email. They're response time on emails is very impressive. There was a slight miscommunication on the timing of the order. They had to order the bags which took 2 days, but usually on in stock items it's only a 24hr turnaround. They originally thought these bags were in stock but they apologized and offered other options. They printed on my bags as soon as they arrived and I was able to get it to the birthday girl just in time! The best customer service. Nice quality printing and affordable. I'll be back, thank you!

Contacted them and they ignored first two messages, after 3rd message they told me the shirt was in their new "distressed" look. I know crummy t-shirt printing when I see it. Something is weird with this company -- they aren't listed with the Portland BBB and they don't have a street address, just a box number in a UPS office.

What a waste of time. We were quoted almost double the cost…read moreof most screen printers we have used before, but after a quick revision the price was dropped. (Not a bad thing but does that mean service will be lacking?) Then we were told our order would take 2-3 weeks! They were busy with other orders much larger than ours so I guess, we as a new client, were not very appreciated. That seemed long too, but ok, we are new to them. There was a physical mock up that they wanted to put together and we were told to come by any time (on a weekend) to come see what it would look like. Well we get there and they left early for the day. "So sorry...." Was what we heard, but they were nice enough to send us it by carrier two days later. Well once we got it.....it was the wrong mock up, "so sorry for the confusion, ok let's make sure we get it right" is what they now tell us. When asked for a revision and we were told in an email that there would be a charge for that? When we questioned that they said they can't help us. What a waste of time!
