She told me to email the file and they were able to provide a quote through email. They're response time on emails is very impressive. There was a slight miscommunication on the timing of the order. They had to order the bags which took 2 days, but usually on in stock items it's only a 24hr turnaround. They originally thought these bags were in stock but they apologized and offered other options. The sleeve was completely wrong printed on the front of the sleeve versus the back of the sleeve, and the logo on the front left breast was printed at a different vertical placement different lateral placement and even different angles on a couple of them. Every single one front logo placement was different. Scale of the front imprint did not match the mock up either. Although they admitted not following the notes in the approved design, all they offered was an $87 refund on the imprint of the sleeve of jackets (10.4% discount for now completely unwearable product). Not sure if they are outsourcing to a different screening company that they bought? In any case this is not the kind of company that I will be continuing to do business with.
