This store is great! It's definitely one of the friendlier witchy & metaphysical shops in North County. I loved how open the store was, and all of the products were organized really well. I think the product curation is pretty solid and could benefit every level of witch/spiritualist. They have crystals, candles, deity statues, spell oils, herbs, and a whole ton of other witch adjacent things. I'm personally not into psychics, but they have a wide variety of people that they work with. If you're into that, I'd def suggest checking this place out and looking into the readers. A few customers were taking about how happy they were with their readings! I also dig the store's community involvement with hosting various events and workshops. The store cat, Louie, is an absolute vibe. He's so sweet and friendly! I really loved being greeted by him and the occasional run in once my partner and I started to wander around the store. He even 'blessed' some of my crystals :) The owner is also super friendly and knowledgable! This place is a definite stop if you're into crystals and witchy stuff. First time as this beautiful store. I loved everything. The green and purple colors on the walls. All the gifts you can get there like crystals, incense, perfumes, witchcraft, materials, jewelry, art, everything. I was not able to see what's what was happening at the top floor because there was some class ongoing. Loretta the owner was as welcoming as well as the cat Louie! If you are into whichcraf, this is the place to get their supplies (they do trainings) and other more interesting things! The cat Louie is adorable and has its own presentation card. I'm so glad this store opened in North County, it's such a unique place, and we need more of that. This store offers so many different things, and also hosts classes, walking tours and seasonal events. They have everything from incense (love the handmade vanilla ones), spell jars you can make in the store, teas, beautifully unique jewelry, and clothes. I really had to restrain myself from buying up the store. The prices here are also very reasonable, compared to similar stores I've been in. They offer a variety of classes, such as Tarot, and the owners are very knowledgeable. I love how they have a picture and bio on the wall, of the owners and the practitioners. This is my new favorite place on Grand! I am absolutely obsessed with this store! They have a beautiful selection of gems and stones, candles, jewelry, spiritual items and more! I really liked that it is not only an items store, but they also have workshops and information all over the place! You can attend the "Mercury Retrograde Workshop", Reiki, and Tarot sessions. But wait... there's more! At the back of the store, there is an art gallery! The owner has monthly themes and focuses on helping and promoting local artists, specifically the ones that are just starting out their careers! How cool! A few months ago, I stumbled across this shop on Grand Avenue as I'd come up to visit some friends for lunch. I'd met the shop owner Loretta, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. They carry all kinds of metaphysical goods that cater to a variety of practices. But what really brings me to leave this review is their Tarot/Lenormand practitioner, Lindsi. I had never had a Lenormand reading before, and I'd only had a handful of tarot readings, but none of them have ever come close to the level of accuracy, transparency, and professionalism I'd experienced in my reading with Lindsi. Lindsi explained all about the decks she uses, what the benefits to them are, and how she could help. I didn't initially have a question for her to read on because I'd just walked in while she was there and she had availability that day, so she offered me a general reading and I was absolutely blown away. She has a very interesting background in studying biology and it was refreshing to see someone with a scientific mind tapping into the spiritual as well - she was very grounded and I think that's why her reading for me was so spectacular. Not only was Lindsi grounded, empathetic, and reasonable with her interpretations, she also took the time to educate me on the cards she pulled and why she was interpreting them the way she did, which I had not experienced in other readings before. It really taught me a lot about tarot as a whole and also helped me better understand the content of my reading. Unlike other readers who charge by the minute or greedily ask you to come back in a few weeks, Lindsi charges a flat rate of $30 for 30 minutes (although she read for me much longer than 30 minutes since she had the time, which was very kind) which is incredibly reasonable when compared to other readings I've considered elsewhere, and she recommended if I did want a follow up reading to come back in 3-6 months, which I feel said a lot about her integrity as a spiritual mentor. Since my reading with her, literally everything she said was going to happen did. I don't know how to explain how shocked I was and still am. She had mentioned that a significant other from the past who I had blocked on everything would find a way to communicate with me, and I swear to God, a week later I get a 5 page letter in the mail from said ex-significant other. She had mentioned I would get an unexpected check in the mail, and sure enough, about 10 days after the reading, I finally received my check that I was owed from an insurance claim that had been taking forever to get finalized. I could go on with 3-4 other premonitions she had shared with me that came true, despite how odd they sounded in the moment that she was describing the reading to me. I had always been skeptical of psychic readers because of negative experiences I've had in the past, but I will be returning to see Lindsi, as she truly is connected to what's beyond. read more

I absolutely adore this store! I've had a few readings here and it's always a great experience. I visit the store pretty often to browse as their selection updates maybe seasonally. Perfect place to shop for gifts as well. Their pocket charms are a great price and it comes with a description. It's only been open for a few months, but The Prism and the Pendulum is a gem of a shop with a wonderful (and growing) selection of all things spiritual. Loretta, the owner, has a warm and welcoming energy and loves to talk with her customers about everything from tarot, Reiki, art, jewelry, spiritual stuff and especially gems and crystals. The store is laid out in an easy-to-browse way with beautiful displays and all Loretta's products are the real deal (no knock-offs in this store). There's also a wonderful gallery space in the middle of of the shop that supports local artists (Yay!). At the back end of the shop there's another large room for special events, classes, and demonstrations. The Prism and the Pendulum is new and it's still growing, but Loretta has an open mind and is doing her best to bring the kind of spiritual items that her community wants, so stop by, browse the shop and let her know what you'd like to see in your spiritual shop. It's located at the far end of Grand and is enduring the current upgrades going on with that street now, but with the widened sidewalks and roundabouts, soon her shop will be a star on a refreshed downtown street. What an incredible find in Escondido. I was looking for last minute Christmas and birthday presents. My wife loves Sage and other tools to clean energy and create space for meditation. I was greeted by a gentleman who was very warm and friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for the quality of the different items that I purchased was impressive. I actually ended up getting a lot more than I had planned. They even had a gift basket with tea, aromatherapy and a dream journal that was perfect for my wife.
