I arrived after work on a weekday, so it was probably around 4:30 and I was greeted promptly upon walking through the door. I love that I was greeted immediately upon entry because it started the interaction on a personable and positive note and I wouldn't have to wander around on my own looking for assistance. I had a general idea what I wanted to put together for the ring, but didn't really have a clear vision yet, so really just needed to see different combinations to hone in on what I wanted. The representative who assisted me was very patient and entertained various combinations of the ring and diamond combinations. I feel like I had to have looked at a couple dozen combinations between ring styles, color of gold and diamond shape, size, clarity, etc. I finally found a combination that was beautiful and proceeded with my order. I paid everything that day and was able to pick up the ring with the diamond I chose set in it a few days later. Everything turned out perfect! The entire transaction was very efficient from start to finish and was quite an enjoyable experience for something I was a bit stressed out about at first.
