I wanted to love the place but after Linda and I got done making a plan on how to do my nails and she began preparing my nails, a lady walks in and just announced loudly that they were supposed to have an appointment at 4pm, Linda gets up and runs to her to look at the book. There was no appointment in the book. Linda asked for another time but the lady said it would not work. I understand that this lady was most likely a regular and that mistakes happen but what happened next was unbelievable. Linda came back to me and asked me to get up and move from my chair. I looked at her in disbelief. There was no please move, no explanation, and certainly no apology. I almost got up and left but she had already put on 2 fake nails. So the next lady who was going to do my nails obviously felt uncomfortable and I think asked if someone else could do my nails. Next I was told to get up and move to another chair. So I did. I believe this was the owner who was going to do my nails. She asked me what I wanted done and I told her to ask Linda because she knew exactly what what we were going to do to do and since they speak the same language I thought Linda could explain it to her better than I could. She did not ask and began to finish the preparation of my nails. When she finished, I asked her again to talk to Linda. She finally did talk to her but Linda did not take the time to fully explain so the owner was unsure so I just showed her the picture of what I was going to to do until I talked with Linda. The owner rushed through my nails and did an ok job. One that was very inconsistent from nail to nail. Like I said , a rushed job. Next, it was time to pay. Still no apology from the owner or from Linda. No discount. Nothing!!!! Apparently, they do not want my business. I was going to bring my friends too. I did leave not quite a 20% tip as well. (not sure why I did this, but I did) The place is very nice and Linda did a very impressive job, but her customer service was horrible!!! I have been in the hospitality business for a long time and this is no way to treat your guests. Same goes for the owner. If you make a mistake, which we all do, go out of your way to apologize and make the situation right. Put yourself in my shoes. How would you feel if you were a new customer in this situation, would you want to come back? You have the potential to do far better than you have so far. My experience started out amazing but that ended very quickly. An apology and some sort of a discount was all that you would'v had to do to resolve this. You could have kept my business and potentially have gained more business as well.

Upon my arrival and check in, I was offered a warm robe and slippers. They provide lockers for your personal belongings. The women's area was very clean and well organized, complete with showers and toiletries for your needs. Throughout the facility, there were stations for beverages, coffee, tea, and water. While I waited for my aesthetician, I sat by a wonderful fireplace and just relaxed. When Anna came to get me for my facial, I was led to a private room. I can't stress enough how wonderful the ambience is in the spa. It promotes relaxation and peace of mind, both of which I needed. Anna was polite and attentive, and listened to my needs, and concerns. She even offered advice on a manicure I'd received from a different place a couple of days prior where my cuticles were sore, red and swollen. I only wish I had found Radiance Day Spa sooner! I'll definitely go there for my next manicure. After my facial, I was extremely relaxed. It included an arm and hand massage and neck. My skin was very smooth and moisturized afterwards. The WOSRT PART is that BOTH of my big toe nails are infected. I didn't see it until the gel grew out. I also have hematomas at my cuticle line from trauma. It's believed that they filed them down too much causing the trauma AND infection. 100% do not recommend. I'd attach the photo of my toes nails, but I'm complete embarrassed and disgusted.
