I finally opened the door to find the cleaning cart with no lady there!!!!! I waited...... Finally she came and knocked on my door again and asked if I needed more towels, I was still waking up and said no I have some, she said MY BAD...... WOW!!! I was irritated to say the least!!!!! Beware pet owners! Do not stay here! He charged me $610.00 for one night with my two very well…read moretrained dogs. I paid my pet fee and room rent that was pretty steep for what the room was. No coffee maker either. After I got home, I checked my bank balance and my account was almost empty. Charged me a total of $610.00 and he said my dogs trashed his room. He was very snarky and wouldn't listen to any thing from me and hung up on me when I called to inquire about the outrageous price. The "pet friendly" room had very old nasty carpet that was already stained in two places that I noticed. My two very small dogs used their potty pads perfectly as usual and wore their dog diapers due to coming into heat and I did not want them to spot the bedding etc. As I was trying to fall to sleep, I noticed a horrible chemical smell permeated the room. I should have asked for another room but after my phone call with him I realize it would have been futile. My girls did bump their water bowl and spill it but I mopped the water up with a clean potty pad. This guy is unreasonable, and has taken advantage of his clients with dogs. The reviews left on his site were all great except by people traveling with pets.

We got as far as Springfield Colorado too tired to keep driving, we saw this motel from the street and I looked it up and saw they accepted dogs, we travel with our little ones, so we stopped, This hotel is very run down when we drove in we were the only car in the parking lot ! My husband asked if the took dogs they said yes at $10 bucks a dog, really ?,... the room with our dogs would have been over $100.00 ! We stayed at a new clean Best Western with amenities with our dogs for less than $100.00 We were all so tired from driving all day, but still not willing to be taken advantage of to stay in a dump, plus my husband stood at the door for quite awhile before they answered, I was begining to think it was abandoned
