No., but I'd say nothing in this life it's perfect. They helped me when I had gotten robbed out of town and my phone n GPS were no longer an option to get back home.

They physically had to shake me for several minutes to get me up for lunch and dinner because I could not keep my eyes open. I honestly wish my husband could have taken a photo or video while they came for a visit because I was clearly extremely out of it due to this med being over prescribed or simply too much for my body. The "doctor" who only spoke to me for a total of 1 minute, maybe, did not find issues with that at all, even though I am a MOTHER and need to be able to stay away throughout the day. Duh? I will never recommend this place to anyone, and I felt the affects of being overdosed for months after this two almost 3 week stay. I guarantee they try to hold Medicaid patients longer. I was admitted in July of 2025. That doctor does not give a CRAP about a single patient. Showing off his Gucci belt daily, cutting you off, putting his computer directly in front of your face so they wont have to , god forbid..look you in the face as they're cashing out from your drugging? I will say, the lady who supervised my visit with my husband was a very nice lady. Kind and made me feel safe and heard. Thank you to her. F you beckett springs, fully.

I was uncomfortable the minute that I walked in the door. There was an extremely loud sound machine playing of ocean waves. It was not relaxing at all. It was having the opposite reaction on me. There were 2 other patients waiting and an ipad to check in on. There was no privacy, which was odd for a psychiatry based practice. I sat there for about 15 minutes before I was approached and asked if I had an appointment. I informed the medical assistant that I had a consultation appointment with Cassandra. The woman disappeared for another 15 minutes, then came back and said that I had not completed some of the forms that I had worked on the night before, so, I looked them over and completed all but one. There was one that asked for my credit card info to have on file. I skipped this one because I was only here for a consultation and was not sure I was signing on for treatment yet. The woman comes back and tells me that the credit card form was required, PER CASSANDRA, and I said that I was not comfortable doing that yet. Remember, I have been waiting over 30 minutes at this point. I finally get called in to Cassandra's office AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING. She didn't even say hello. The office was filled with attitude. Before I even had a seat, she stated that it was required that I give my credit card info. I said, "So you won't even talk to me unless I give you my credit card?" She answered by handing me back the copies of my insurance cards and shook her head. This blew my mind. Totally awful customer/patient service. So unprofessional! Needless to say, I think I dodged a bullet and I left. I even asked if you go for a legal consultation, you don't give your payment information unless you decide to use the services. She didn't want to even listen. AWFUL CARE OF PATIENTS IN MY OPINION. STAY AWAY

We've been associated with FOY for a little over a year now, and we've had positive experience after positive experience. They offer flexible schedules for training classes and social events. If you're thinking about becoming involved with fostering children - part or full time, advocacy, whatever - consider aligning with Focus On Youth. They are a Christian organization but it's not overt. They emphasize traditional family values and ethical treatment of others. I'll definitely be back.

Cindy, having been a protective case worker with Hamilton County DJFS as well as an adoption worker, foster parent, and adoptive parent, was discouraged with the number of youth entering residential treatment. She felt children would do better if foster parents were trained to work with the unique needs of youth in care and educated to remain committed to the placement. Involved in providing professional training to numerous child welfare agencies, including the Ohio Family Care Association, the National Foster Parent Association, various PCSA organizations, and day care centers, Cindy determined it was time to open Focus on Youth, Inc. as an agency committed to safety, stability, and permanency for youth in foster care. Committed to the well-being and treatment of children in Focus on Youth care, mental health services were added to our program in 1995. F
