When I say that I couldn't have accomplished the work I needed done in my kitchen without Mike, I mean any thought that I had that I could have done it myself disappeared when I saw Mike at work. Not only was he incredibly knowledgable and efficient and had the work done quicker than I expected but as he encountered problems with various parts under my sink that were unexpectedly so old they were falling apart, he immediately knew what to do, what parts were needed and in less than 45 minutes went to the store to get those parts and was back finishing up the job. I was impressed that none of those unexpected difficulties kept him from finishing on time. Apart from obviously knowing what he's doing and being good at it, whenever you're calling someone you've never met before to come to your home there's always somewhat of a concern about who this person is and if they're trustworthy to be in your home alone or around other family members when you're not there. After speaking with him on the phone the only thing that made me concerned at all was that he was charging less than I thought the job was worth. When he arrived Mike's friendly demeanor certainly put me at ease from the beginning and as we continued to talk and his love for his family and character became more apparent, I knew for future jobs I needed done I would have no issue leaving him alone at my house if necessary. To summarize, it's rare that you buy a product or hire someone for something and afterwards your expectations are actually exceeded and you have no regrets at all about the buying/hiring decision and would make the same choice all over again. So far over the past year or so my Apple AirPods and Mike are the only things that go into that category.
