They came back the next morning to complete the work and followed up over the next couple days to check on the progress. I will use them in the future and highly recommend others do the same.

They…read morewere sent out by my also worthless home warranty company last summer to assess a well pump issue. Without doing any kind of testing, he tells me I needed a new well dug! First, that's not a covered item and to dig a new well the depth that we have would cost me well over $25,000 (not a typo). When I balked at that idea he said, "Okay, I can put it in as a well pump replacement". RED FLAGS!! I decided to postpone doing any work. Fast forward to this year, I filed another claim and thankfully another company was sent out. They diagnosed it as a well pump replacement. I asked if I needed a new well dug and they looked at me like I was nuts. They did the work, and I paid my out-of-pocket share of $1,600 to him and HSA would cover $1,500, the limit for covered well pump work. I thought that was it until I get a call from the contractor saying HSA only paid him $1,000 because HSA told him they paid $500 to Krizan Well last year. Shortly after a heated conversation with HSA, Krizan Well called me because HSA asked him to (???) but didn't tell him the reason and thought I wanted to complete the new well pump (which is admitting that he did not do any work for me last year). When I asked why he charged HSA $500 when he did zero work he said "I did a lot of work" and when I pressed him to tell me what he did for $500 he said "I had to spend a lot of time on the internet looking up stuff to give you an estimate". SERIOUSLY??? $500 to look up the cost of a well pump and to send me an email estimate? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If your warranty company assigns them, insist that they assign a different company.

We woke up on a very cold winter morning to a seized well water pump, failing pressure tank, and NO…read moreWATER!! I called Austin as soon as they opened and was quickly put at ease that they could help us SAME DAY! By 7:30am they already had Dylan on his way. He was able to get a solution within the hour and Chris brought the well truck. Dylan and Chris worked all day in the cold to get us squared away. My husband and I are quite pleased with the rapid response, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable technicians, and the fact they could offer same-day service, even at a time when call volume is high due to the frigid weather. We are first-time customers and will definitely continue to hire Austin in the future. I highly recommend!

Do not use this company! In one week the following happened:…read more1) we called them because our furnace wouldn't turn on. Without finding a blockage and very short time investigating, technician blamed it on a possible previous blockage (no actual signs of blockage) and reset roll out switch. Furnance tripped again and it turns out we had a gas leak. Looking at our WE Energíes bill, we paid hundreds extra in gas during the leak issue. Very disturbing that the company would turn back on a furnace when a safety switch is triggered without thoroughly looking for the issue and instead blaming it on a common cause (blocked duct) without actually finding signs of any blockage. 2) During that first visit, technician asked me to pay $160 for his time (to not find cause) even though I had the annual membership which means calls are not charged. He knew this. He said I didn't need to pay but should. I did not and he left upset. I have since cancelled annual membership and would not recommend it to anyone. 3) Plumber replaced sink drain in kitchen. After he left, we had a leak from that area. I called him back out. He informed me it was from the garbage disposal and it would cost over $700 to fix. When I questioned why it wasn't leaking before his work but leaked after, he told me it was definitely not from his work but instead was most likely leaking before and I am just blaming him for the problem. I did call the manager about these issues. I was told they don't look for gas leaks to start, he didn't believe me about asking for extra money, and that the garbage disposal leakage was most likely due to technician's work and offered a small discount for replacement since I was not informed this could be an issue. After being accused if lying twice by the company (manager about the extra fee and technician accusing me of lying about garabage disposal leak) and the total disregard for safety issues with a gas leaks, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
