We had a…read morefriendly discussion with the service guy, Nate, so much so that most of the hour charged to us was discussion about family, etc. What he failed to tell us is that we would be charged $2.00 for every minute of friendly discussion!! If he had told us that, then we would have greatly reduced our personal chit-chat! Then when I called to have our bill reduced, they said we had to pay the full amount of $260! I do not mind the $100 for the service call and maybe ~ 10 paid minutes it took to say we need a new faucet, but I DO MIND paying 50 minutes X $2.00/minute = $100 for a friendly discussion!! I do not know the quality of their work because they did not do any. I eventually replaced the faucet myself.

This, combined with the quality of work that we ended up with have resulted in our highest recommendation. Nathanial found and corrected so many issues that the previous installer (who was either not an electrician or a terrible one) had made. He made sure our house was safe and took the time to show and explain to us clearly any issues that arose. Nathanial is the best and you can tell how much he cares about his work. I think our house had one of the worst electrical situations possible, and I think it would be rare to find other electricians in the state who could have handled the job as expertly as Nathanial and Scott did.
