I've gotten a great antique glass lamp, added to my depression glass collection, and it's a great place for nice picture frames and great women's clothing tops. I always get smiles when I wear my "Wisconsin Skinny" t-shirt. I'm a curvy girl, so the label is fitting. Clothing quality is good. When I ordered a t-shirt, they threw in another basic logo shirt along with bumper stickers. I was surprised by the bonus t-shirt, and actually wear that one more than the one I ordered. I guess sometimes you end up loving the thing you didn't even know was out there! It's nice when these things fall in your lap. A happy accident. Serendipity.

Finding hidden treasures at a Goodwill seems less likely these days since they'll usually just add it to their online store. However, if you're just looking for clothes for the kids, knickknacks or a used pair of shoes, that should be in line with your expectations. They do have weekly discounts and color tag sales. This place has an ample parking lot and it always seems almost full because so many people like to come here. They do take donations which can be dropped off behind the store. Like most thrift stores, there's a lot of clothing dominating the floor space, but there's plenty of hard goods to be found around the perimeter. In the back corner of the store, you'll find furniture and lots of clean mattresses along with seven fitting rooms. At the front of the store is a very good selection of books, CDs, and DVDs. It's got everything you would expect to find at a thrift store and the restrooms do not require a key. All the jewelry and high dollar items are in the glass cases at the checkout. I did notice that much of the clothing is priced higher than your average Goodwill. There's a 10% discount for seniors over 60 on Mondays and Tuesdays. 10 informative photos to get you through the door.

This Target (6321 McKee Rd, Fitchburg, WI 53719-5017) is a store where you can but almost anything from furniture to groceries, including live flowers (roses, etc.). The store was recently remodeled, and they did a wonderful job. With the new layout of the store it is easy to find what you are looking for and is super spacious. It is nice to just walk around and shop. The store is very clean and organized. The shelves are always stocked, and item are always available. They have an excellent grocery that rivals large supermarkets. Prices are reasonable. Excellent location near intersection of just highway PD and Verona Road. Easy to get to. The bathrooms are very clean and maintained. Above all, the employees are exceptional. They are helpful, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeably...they are great! Great job Target and staff!!! With the current Covid-19 Pandemic I felt it appropriate to add the following: All the non-self-checkouts have plexiglass between the employees and the customers. The self-checkout, which I always use, are cleaned/wiped/disinfected after every 1-2 customers go through each checkout. Employees in the stores are all wearing masks and wearing them correctly which means covering their nose and mouth. Thank you, Target and Target Team Members, for looking out for all of us!!! I have waited 15 minutes for a drive up, even when I press the "on my way" button. The employee pushing the carts is usually super nice, but the manager should be offering people something for how long they wait. They also bring out one order at a time, it's a huge waste of employee time and energy. We once went and one of us went in to grab something while the other waited in pickup and he was able to buy 3 things from grocery and the drive up order wasn't out by the time he got back! Another 10 minutes -- we went in to get the order ourselves. Last night I went to returns, and 6 employees walked by and around me, the manager came up to two other employees and not one of them helped me until someone brought keys to the customer in front of me.
