Lori's Make Rover Over had posative reviews which helped me make my final decision. I called to make an appointment and Lori was very nice over the phone. Lori has converted an enclosed garage in the back of her home into a pet grooming shop. I walked in and it was clean and no smell of any type of animal. I was greeted by Lori and her daughter who works side by side with her mom. Awesome family business. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and chatted with her for a minute before I left. I knew Chico was in good caring hands. Chico is not just a pet to me.. he is family. I recieved a call when Chico was ready for pick up. When I walked in to pick up Chico he was happy and looking great. I am very pleased with the service that was provided and have already made Chico's next appointment. I disagreed. We got online to search for a self serve dog wash and ran across Filthy Bitches. Let's be honest, the name of the business was one of the reasons I was sold (the other reviews helped, too). We arrived and we're greeted by Heather, the owner who is just as sweet as can be. She showed me how to use all of the equipment and suggested shampoo and conditioner for my boy. Since we were the only customer in the store at the time, she gave me a mini grooming inservice on how to properly brush and detangle the super poodles hair (he likes his fro to look just so). She sweet-talked him and gave him treats throughout our visit. It was clearly evident that Heather is super knowledgeable about dog behavior and has years of experience grooming. Wyatt, the sexy poodle, was relaxed the entire time. Not one complaint at all. Oh, and $18 bucks for the bath! Great pricing. We are considering locating to the Colorado Springs area and have already claimed Filthy Bitches as the place to be for our grooming needs.

Adriana killed it with my husky Shepard mix. That boy was stinky and had matting in his tail. They made sure to de-shed him, wash him, and trim his nails (all under 100$ not including tip, you'll want to tip though!) I am writing this review because Chris and one of her clients found my sweet Lilly who ran away from our house chasing a squirrel when she was 13 1/2 years old. Chris and the client kept Lilly and bathed her to get her cleaned from tree sap for me until I could pick her up. I was devastated and wondered how she could of gotten out of a fenced in yard. They both took such good care of my baby until I could pick her up and I am forever grateful. This place really cares about animals.
