My hair is uneven, looks nothing like what I wanted, and she chopped off way more than we agreed on. She also tried blaming my 'knotty' hair that felt like it was 'coated in something' on buildup but after one feel I realized she didn't fully wash out the conditioner. She also tried styling my hair, she rushed through it and I left the salon with dirty hair that looked unbrushed and frizzy. Will say that she was nice and the salon was clean. But I just practically paid her to destroy my hair lol

The receptionist and I talked about my husbands family (she knew his cousin)and I added eye brows on to the appointment after being told about their other services. I was SO looking forward to a fresh change. When I showed up there Monday, they had no record of my appointment. They had my info (had to be entered on Saturday) but no record of appointment. My hair had a very stubborn red hair tone from previous highlights. The salons said they couldn't do anything about it.
