Well, they did, but the guy showed up without a ladder. Imagine that, a roofer without a ladder?
How was he going to fix my roof shingle (one shingle that was sticking up)? I have a video clip of the guy walking my properly and staring up at the roof and then he left, but did absolutely nothing.
Multiple text messages, phone calls, no satisfaction whatsover. I only wish that I had seen the negative posts on Yelp. My neighbor used them and had no issues, so I thought I had nothing to worry about.
They have ghosted me big time. Now I have to report them to better business bureau and I have to wonder if they will actually honor the contract warranty.
Might have to take them to court if something goes wrong with my roof.
I'm usually not that trusting with very many contractors, but since one of my neighbors had a good experience, we decided to trust this man, Jose Orellano.

Long story, but please, please, do not use this company. Go with Frank Vincent Roofing and Siding. They may be more, but their reputation is great. Our price was somewhere in the middle, so we didn't cheap out and go with the lowest price.
I've been trying to reach him since the beginning of October to fix one shingle that I have a concern about. (I don't want high winds or heavy storms to affect my roof). It's a simple fix, which, if they were paying attention, it could have been done properly while they were up on the roof.
Again, do not use ORELLANO ROOFING! Only used them, you want to get aggravated and ghosted by their lack of customer service and shoddy work.
