I needed to get my 60 pound, goldendoodle. They were so nice…read morewhen I walked in. The store was clean and smelled great! They asked me how I wanted him cut and if I wanted a full grooming. I left him there, and they texted me when he was finished. He looked adorable and smelled wonderful! The red bandanna was a nice addition. Their price was reasonable and I was very happy with the results! Most importantly, my dog was not stressed or was sedated! I will definitely go back!!!

The gentleman there said that they were backed up and she would be done by noon. I had to call repeatedly after 2pm . She was not ready until after 4 pm when I appeared and still had to wait. There was no evidence she had been walked or watered. This is unfortunate and also unacceptable. She came home guzzled water hadn't been out in seven hours ....unacceptable and very disappointing. The service, other than the young girl at the register who apologized and attempted to explain. They forgot to put on Gracie's collar with her ID and the young girl at the front desk was kind enough to deliver it. The timing process was unacceptable, but the haircut was beautiful.
