    Band at night

Very nice outdoor venue to watch the Nebraska football games or catch a band or dj at night. Free to attend. Lots of picnic tables and drinks. Can get wings and other food st the attached restaurants. Security guys said they open this venue all year around. In the Hay Market area.

This place is awesome. Multiple places with various beverage options. An open container area. Lots of bathrooms, a huge megaton tv. Great place to stop before the game beer the stadium or I could imagine also being an amazing spot to go for a night out. Highly recommend checking it out if you get the opportunity for one reason or another.

Several bars have a window out to the yard making it almost too convenient to get more drinks.

Some owners elevate a business. Others stay out of the way and let the staff shine. This guy somehow found a third option: actively making the place worse. Every interaction felt like he was trying to win an argument nobody was having. The energy shifted so fast I thought somebody had unplugged the karaoke machine and replaced it with a podcast about a fat farm. The craziest part? The bar didn't need him. The staff was doing fine. The customers were having fun. Then he arrived with all the subtlety of a monster truck driving through a farmers market. I've never seen someone work so hard to convince people not to come back. The drinks were decent. The crowd was cool. The owner was the reason this review exists.

Just go to a different bar…read more Bouncer with long hair needs to be let go ASAP Bodegas was my first bar of the night and I had ONE beer from them (a corona). After drinking said beer, and waiting about 10-15 minutes. I needed to pee so I went to the bathroom. When I exited the bathroom there was probably about 10-12 people in the bar at most. Not crowded. But not nobody... The long haired bouncer then walks up and says "looks like it time for you to leave". I look at my watch and say "what?" Because it definitely wasn't time for last call and I'm not even buzzed at this point. And he says "yeah man. Nothing personal". (Definitely felt personal) I left because I'm not gonna sit there and argue but that's real crappy behavior. I understand he may be trying to do his job, but kicking out a paying customer after one beer is actually insane. *I'm not banned from there and I have no bad blood with anyone there (that I know of). This was my first time here* *THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS.*

And handed off to our server Hannah Hannah was nice and we both started by ordering a drink each. I got a limoncello spritz and hubby got a beer. We were seated near the fireplace unfortunaely itbwas so cold out the fire didnt really warm us. Drinks took awhile to come possibly because they wefe catering to a couple of holjday parties Then i got me sesame crusted ahi tuna with extra broccolini. And hubby got his new york strip with asparagus and mashed potato. Dinner was superbly done. His steak was medium rare like he requested. We finished woth a slice of carrotcake to share It was very sweet - unfortunately too sweet for our liking Otherwise- everything was good This is a huge restaurant with cabin vibes it has decoration with deer heads hung on the walls Very cool - we will be back.

For my main I got the grilled chicken Provençal. It had castelvetrano olives, capers, confit tomatoes with buttered gnocchi. Surprisingly, the olives worked really well with the flavor profile, because I thought it was gonna be overpowering, but it really wasn't at all. Overall it was good but maybe not worth getting again- I would want to try something else next time. My boyfriend got the black garlic honey salmon which looks super good and I wanna try it next time. The pork tenderloin also looked incredible. The vibes were very particular because the restaurant is in a country club. I Would want to sit outside next time - especially when the weather starts to get better and it'd be so nice to have a drink outside!

The trees that line the seating area makes it feel as though you are in the mountains somewhere! I loved every moment of it. Driving into the parking area was pretty easy to navigate, especially with the helpful staff pointing us in the right direction, both times we attended a concert here. Security was quick and easy to get through and the signs helped if you hadn't looked up appropriate bags you could bring in. I love the different spots for snacks and drinks. It's nice that they have a variety available whether you enjoy alcoholic drinks or don't. The second show we saw I got some colbie ridge popcorn from the nearest concession to the seating, they also had soft serve ice cream, water, and some other snacks. The popcorn and ice cream were winners in my book!! Another thing to note, the bathrooms. For porta potties, they were decently clean, I liked the hand washing stations with paper towels and trash cans readily available. The concerts themselves were great. The acoustics here were just right to enjoy the artists on stage. I definitely look forward to attending more concerts here in the future. Such a fun, clean, safe, and great atmosphere!

Parking before the show was easy, lots of people to wave us in to the right spaces. Unfortunately most of those attendants were nowhere to be seen AFTER the show. And that was frustrating because it was really a huge cluster of cars. REALLY. Fortunately the parking is free. The Bowl is part of a park that is really nice, with a pond, beautiful trees, and an interesting display of huge old columns. So if you are there early you can wander around. The seats though. We were in the last row, and obviously the Bowl did not have quite enough of the regular chairs, so those of us in the way back were on these white folding chairs that definitely appeared narrower and less comfortable than the black chairs that all the other rows have. It was warm and we were REALLY close to each other. Food and drink is available. I believe the site says you can bring in an empty plastic water bottle. Though apparently it needs to be CLEAR and not opaque plastic and that is ridiculous. Thinking about it now I'm going to take off another star for that, since we were not allowed to bring our water bottle in and they were jerks about it honestly.
