After a year and half with Kabir on my case, a lengthy review is long overdue. When people say where do I start, I mean where do I start!? I found Kabir by happen stance online and reading through his reviews gave me the confidence to email, send a message on his website, and quite frankly drive down to his office same day without even speaking with him or waiting for him to get back to me. When I arrived at his office, I was greeted by a secretary who raved about Kabir and told me how he helped her with her child custody case years ago, won full custody of her children against her ex, and who's story sounded like mine. She said Kabir told her he was going to prove to her that "not all lawyers are assholes." I think she felt the panic in my voice or saw herself in me, but she called Kabir who was in court but told her to put me in a conference room and took my call right away. That first phone conversation with Kabir was thorough, he asked lots of questions, heard me out, and gave me his honest opinion (that it wasn't going to be easy and an uphill battle), told me to talk to other lawyers, talk to my family, and to sleep on it before deciding to hire him but I knew right away that this was the guy to help me with my child custody case. Two few days later my daughters father filed an emergency motion. Kabir stayed up late writing out a response which got his motion denied and even came with me to court to submit my paperwork because of my special case number, he didn't want any issues with filing.
