As others have mentioned, she takes detailed notes about each pet so she and her team can insure the best care. When we started with Four Footed Fitness, we had 3 senior cats and scheduled two 30 minute visits each day. We've stayed with this schedule, even though we now have younger cats. The team is great! They open shades when they come in the morning and take care of feeding, freshening water, and play time. In the evening, they clean the litter box, take care of feeding, and play with the cats. They also bring in the mail, close the shades, take out trash, and check the fountain outside - adding water, if needed. We get photos and a message from both the morning and evening visits each day. The team also checks in to make sure we arrived home at the scheduled time. It's nice to know that they have our cats covered if we're delayed for any reason! When I was discharged and unable to pick up Echo due to mobility issues, Beck personally brought him home to my motorhome after a long day of work at her facility. Her kindness meant the world to me.
