They send the woman out and the first day I thought she's great! Over a couple of days she's falling asleep and absolutely, could not wait to put him to bed, she determined he was tired, that's my families job, not hers. I could go on and on. Finally, I was told they would no longer help me. I absolutely could not believe it, I am continuing to struggle finding help. I would not recommend this company.

Although she was declining, she had a lot of life in her left to enjoy until her body gave out. I placed her at Devon Gables with hopes of good care, and friendly staff. I can honestly say that they exceeded my expectations. Every time I visited someone was caring for her. They never just forgot about her. They got her up every day and interacted with her. She was truly happy. She was always clean and her room was clean and the staff all expressed how much they enjoyed getting to know her. About 20 years ago my husband's grandfather was also there. Things were good then, but even better now. Thank you to all the staff that cared for mom.

My nurse practitioner, Felicia, must have come straight from Heaven, such a caring and compassionate person is few and far between. We spent 2 hours together for our first meeting, and the care she coordinated for me is just AWESOME! I really never expected such caring people to be in my life. Even Rose, who answers the phone and coordinates service is a wonderful human being. You don't have to have imminent death to qualify for palliative care and I wish more people would take advantage of this. The relief I felt, knowing that Felicia was fighting for me was just plain wonderful. I would give them 100 stars if I could and I don't think I have said that about any business I have reviewed on Yelp!
