You don't have to buy bars or supplements if you don't want to. I would give them 5 stars except they said I could lose 50 pounds. I know I cheated some but 25 isn't 50. I have some medical conditions and have talked to my PCP about the importance of being sure I do not take a compounded weight loss shot. The NP assured me it was not compounded. I kindly asked if it was something she could/was allowed to show me just to make me feel better. She was so kind and said absolutely! She said that was no issue at all. So today I went in to get 1 shot and was told I could not see any proof that it was not compounded and they were not legally obligated to show me anything. (And I understand that may be true). But my question was why when I asked the other day, it was so quick and easy to tell me absolutely they could show that to me no problem....but today they acted so weird, uncomfortable, and like that was absurd of me to ask. They spent nearly 15-20 minutes whispering in a back room before the same NP I saw the other day came out and was giving me very political answers and not answering my questions. She kept saying she needed proof of mg I was currently on to give me that mg. Well that makes total sense. I agree and can get that. But that wasn't my question....why could you happily offer to show me it isn't compounded until I come in to pick it up and ask. Not to mention they were fine to get me the 1mg until I asked to see it wasn't compounded...since I was told that was no problem to ask during my consultation. I am not here to say their shots are compounded. I don't have any proof of that. All I know is it gave me a very bad feeling. People don't typically respond awkwardly and defensively unless there is a reason. Just posting because I want people to be safe and be sure you do your research.

The weight time is horrible but understandable for a surgeon. My results are not ideal as I am now seeing a different surgeon. Dr Gallaher never seemed to know who I was even while I was going weekly. I feel the reconstruction process was rushed through and I am left with asymmetric breasts. I do not feel it was intentional but I do not feel like he treated "me". I do know that with reconstruction and radiation the results are not going to be perfect but I do think they could have been better. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience but now I am having to have more surgery.
