While the "manager" called me back the next day to say she would give me a refund the call only lasted 46 seconds where she said she would provide me a refund but asked no questions to as what happened or who did my hair. Offered no apology for the time wasted or the extra money I wasted getting my hair done or the fact my scalp was left raw and potentially my hair could have burnt off
