They could tell how stressed I was feeling and met that stress with warmth, encouragement, and support far beyond the call of duty. We would definitely use them again We also like that they (according to their website) recycle 70 percent of the discarded items. We had a hand constructed potting bench that we no longer needed, but hopefully it will be upcycled with some TLC by them or someone who wants it. Our City of Houston has heavy haul, but they NEVER come when they say they will, sometime not for weeks and weeks. We had a lot of stuff and we did not want for all the rains we just had to soak our stuff, nor did we want our stuff to kill our grass and stain our sidewalk.
