Angela is great to work with, easy going, and listened to me about what my needs and goals were for my facial. (A big plus is that she's a fellow RN, so I know she REALLY understands the specific in the self-care department for people like me, lol). She helps but me at ease and explains every step of what we're doing throughout the process. Facials are a nice blend of relaxation, aromatherapy, and some "me-time" meditation when I'm letting the masks settle into my skin. I've getting facials semi-regularly since then. I do wish they used sterilized equipment; the woman I had just pulled her tools from her desk drawer and didn't even spray the equipment with alcohol. All in all I'm happy with how my nails came out, and I think $18 was reasonable for a basic manicure.

She was able to get most of the hair from the front but left a couple of patches in my inner thighs. I also didn't like the fact that she questioned me being a student and did not seem like she wanted to apply the first time customer promo. Overall I'd give them a 5/10, may update review since I wasn't able to try the sugaring that day and was told my next waxing would be discounted.
