It was a Gift certificate my husband gave me for Xmas, $435.00 I called to ask If I could switch out what he paid for to get a deep tissue message, young girl told me I could not switch out because some of the services were discounted. What! Money is money but ok. Then when getting my nails done, I asked the working girls about it and they told me of course I could have switched it out. They had never heard of that before. Someone needs some training. 5. When I got there, they brought me back, hurried me up, gave me a key to a locker, asked if I wanted a robe, probably since I'm going to be here for 4 hours, then left, didn't tell me where shoes were, mind you the robe would of fitted a 400 pound women and the wrap was as big, I had to hold up everything with my hands. No one ever checked on me or met me in the room they told me to go to. They offered me Mimosa once, never again, and when I asked for water from the message therapist, it was in a coffee cup with a lid throw away kind. For $435.00 You would expect some sort of pampering, and attentiveness. Maybe not a foam cup with lid. 6. While checking out, I told the young girl I wanted to tip the girls, she told me it was included in the certificate. Then she tells me I still have $145 on the certificate. She made the massage seem longer than it really was. Full transparency: I really only got a good 40 min of massage. I entered the room at 4ish and was given time to undress which was another 5 minutes. When the massage ended I noticed it was exactly 4:50P. I feel like quality made up for time lost, however, I wish a 50 minute massage was truly 50 minutes.
