I gave my deposit for materials in January and paid my final bill when the roof was complete. I got a letter from the supplier indicating the check Ram's roofing wrote them for my materials bounced and they have not been able to collect from Ram's roofing. They said it was not just my house it was others too. The letter also indicated the supplier has has put a lien on my house because Ram's has not paid them. I paid a deposit for my materials in January and Ram's still has not paid the supplier so now we have had to get a lawyer involved. When I call the office they are heavily screening the calls so now I can not get thru to the owner Jose. We have even stopped by and he is not around. We have also sent certified letters with no response.

I sued the insurance company for damages and had Ledgewood Roofing replace my tile roof. They made me feel like every customer is the most important one. The salesman Darrin kept in contact and become the point of contact for me. I told them I wanted the roof done before hurricane season to prevent any further problems. They found the tile in only 4 weeks and started the replacement. It took a half day to strip the roof, three hours to load tile on the roof and one day to tile the entire house. The owner, Ben, came to the house after the work was done and asked if I was pleased with the work and to inspect the work himself. Gutters go on next week after I leave for home. Both Darren and Ben will be here with the gutter company. What terrific customer service and a reasonable cost. This smaller company is very competitive with lower overhead.
