Brian and The Renovators did such an amazing job installing/mounting a 55 inch TV at our job, which is Access Intelligence. He arrived on time and started right away. He also connected the cable box as well. Unfortunately, the cable box wasn't picking up a connection to the the TV, so Brian insisted that I should call Optimum and I did. Brian said, I am not leaving until this gets resolved. He stayed while I spoke with the representative who walked me through the steps to get the cable box to work. And it did. Brian is absolutely amazing! I have given him several jobs over the last few months, and he has exceeded my expectations every time. Not only does he do what I'm requesting, but he goes above and gives me options that are even better than I ask. He will even get the materials for you so you don't have to go to the store to get them. For example, He installed custom blinds for us. We told him what we wanted, and he took care of ordering and working with the supplier, then he installed them. Also, if you have an emergency, he will shift things around to get to you ASAP. Who knew finding someone to fill holes so mice don't come in, could be so wonderful. I called Brian, he responded the same day. I described the awful job I wanted him to do, he said, no problem. Currently going through the home inspection process as a first time home buyer. Brian came out to do an estimate for some structural repairs that were needed on the home. The Renovators built and installed two sturdy sets of outdoor steps today and did a fabulous job. Creatively designed and built the steps on the spot. Work was fast and carefully done.
