Without checking, Bob moved my RV out of my site. Months later, I came to take my RV out and my solar panels were on the ground. No reason from the Office. Last Sept, I came to put the cover on my RV and found that EVERYTHING IN MY RV had been stuffed into black plastic bags. I asked the office WTF? They said a man came in to take his brother's trailer to Burning Man and when the key didn't fit the lock, he cld a locksmith to open the trailer and proceeded to stuff my stuff in bags. When he came across my Barbra Streisand CD, he figured he had the wrong trailer...he left it. It took me 7 days to put it all back. Bob said he would pay for any damages but when I brought the broken stuff to the office, a woman with her kids said I needed to prove the damage was caused by my wine glasses being stuff into the bags, my food umbrella could have been broken anytime, my glass wine topper must have been dropped...I was furious. This last time, I came to measure my new truck hitch to the RV and found my $225 RV Cover (that had been tied down) in the mud with my solar panels on the ground. The Office said it must have blown off during the storm....looking around, I see 4 - 5 RV's with covers and no problem. When you drive in, you have to sign in with your name, site # and reason...but, they don't check, I don't even think they walk around the place. You could say you're visiting your site and cause havoc anywhere as they don't care ... unless you don't pay your rent. I pay using Bill Pay and my payments have always been on time. I cannot believe these people are still in business. I would beware. I am done with this place. Carolyn

Chris and Sara, the owners, who also live onsite, go out of their way to please their customers. I rented a 10-ft truck from them last week, when they already had promised all their 10-ft-ers to others; Chris decided to give a free size upgrade to one of the customers that had reserved a 10-ft, so that he could rent that 10-ft to me, a local repeat customer. Wow! He and Sara practically treated me, an 81-year-old who lives very close by in a seniors mobile home park, like family, even giving me a discount when I returned the truck. What a way to treat an occasional, repeat customer! I've also seen their interactions with other customers, treating everyone to friendly, efficient service. They are also a Certified Green Business, and all of their power comes from solar panels, so they really care about our environment. They deserve 10 stars!

My husband brought his…read moretractor in for an oil and filter change, and when we got it back, we discovered the oil filter had never even been replaced, they left the old one on. We were charged and they didn't even do the job! On top of that, they told him the tractor was ready for pickup, so he made the trip out there, only to be told once he arrived that it actually wasn't ready. That's a complete waste of time and shows a lack of communication and organization. Mechanics are inexperienced, and management is not properly overseeing the work or the customer experience. I'd be cautious about trusting them with your equipment!

I had a dead battery and my Farmers policy includes Roadside Assistance and towing. The first…read moretowing company they assigned to me never showed up after almost 2 1/2 hour wait, so Farmers reassigned me to Bear Flag Towing. Blaise showed up within 30 minutes and besides getting the car started was just an incredibly pleasant person to chat with. We talked about some of his more interesting towing jobs recently, and the more we chatted I realized what an intelligent and perceptive person he is. He told me he shares his name with Blaise Pascal, the person who invented the modern theory of hydraulics. He said this was interesting because hydraulics are a big part of the towing business. I showed him my 10-year-old sports car and we had a great time talking about the reliability of this particular brand. I can assure you if Blaise shows up you will be totally satisfied and you will have a very nice interaction with a fellow human! Sort of what Sonoma County is all about - nice people who are good at their jobs.
