Was super happy using this wine storage facility until it changed management Before it became prior reaching the storage manager was easy and I could access my cold storage without issue. Now I get told various things - like I don't have to call ahead for access. However, when I arrive I'm told I need an appt. I have no issue with a call ahead but someone has to respond. I Called and got a quote for an RV space, i was quoted $199/month. I called around and found a very comparable storage facility and was quoted $119/month. We decided to go with the more affordable option. Over the next 3 days, Prime storage called me 3x per day to follow up and see if we wanted to go with them. I told them unfortunately not as I had found a more affordable option. Prime storage asked about the competitor and pricing - the agent said they would call me back after speaking with their supervisor. They called back and enthusiastically told me they would be able to match the price and I could come in this weekend to pay for my spot and move in to the unit. Today comes and my husband alone with our child went to get the unit. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN they can no longer price match and want us to agree to a $150/month contract instead of the $119 THEY AGREED TO. After being told they could price match i spoke with the gentlemen directly at the facility (who was actually really great!) 3-4 more times to confirm everything before we came in today. I am furious. I needed my trailer moved this weekend and now I cant. It really put me in an unfortunately position and I will not recommend this company. -Jordan read more

From start to finish, they've been the utmost professional, kind and communicative about our move in and storage. In the midst of the busiest (and hottest) time of the year for harvest and wine shipments, they were able to accommodate us with 4 wine storage units on such short notice. They were quick to resolve issues with a third party trucking company as they arose and continued to stay in communication with me and the carrier with photos, timely updates, etc. Especially with it being the hottest week of the year in Northern California, storing our wine in a temperature-controlled warehouse was THE most essential part of our storage warehouse search. I can't say enough good things about this awesome storage facility. First off let me say how helpful and accommodating Joey was. My schedule and arrival time was up in the air. It was after hours when I arrived but Joey was helpful in allowing me to access the property and my unit easily. Everything is super clean and new here. Great place. Very organized and clean. The front desk gentleman Joey that helped was amazing. When I got my first storage unit I came right before closing. He was so nice and allowed me to unload a few items. Explained and showed me everything. I didn't feel rushed and he was so nice about staying a little later than closing. I came back today to open another unit he was there again with the sweetest lady named Phoebe. He again showed me all my options and she drove over with lock options for me and was so sweet to my son, offered us water. Even the older gentleman who is always cleaning the grounds is always so nice and says hello Everytime I've come by. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. This place is basically brand new; everything is in excellent condition, well laid out facility, and with very good security. The staff is super responsive and helpful. The rental process is quick and complete, offering insurance as well. An excellent location that is easy to access. They have various carts available to assist moving stuff in and out. They are one of the few storage facilities around offer regulate storage, as well as climate control storage at two levels; 1. At 70°F for household items needing protection (clothes, fabrics, art, musical instruments, etc. 2. At 55°F for wine. A wide range of storage sizes. I highly recommend them. Ross B. read more
