Some folks may think that's abrasive but I love her for that. She's not going to be one that beats around the bush. The office is clean and staff is super friendly. If it is an emergency however and not preventive they will bill more and honor. Absolutely shameful way to run a medical practice. The way Partners works when you are pregnant is that you see a different doctor every time you go in so that when you deliver, you are familiar with most of the doctors and the doctor on call will deliver you. I dealt with many nurses and techs and everyone was fabulous. I didn't have a "normal" pregnancy. At 16 weeks, I had an issue that landed me in the hospital. Dr. Minton was on call that day and he really eased my concerns and talked me through how to get past my issue. At 29 weeks, I went into pre-term labor. Dr. Brown was on call that day and she admitted me to the hospital. She was extremely caring to my situation and was explanatory about how the process would go. Dr. Jaeger ended up delivering my baby. He was excellent. He was able to lighten my mood by joking with me and he made some very important decisions that gave my little preemie the best outcome possible. There is absolutely no children allowed on premises, not even in the waiting room …read more godforbid you moved here and it's you and your spouses first child you will be robbed of the opportunity to bring your spouse with you even as support , in the WAITING AREA . though my child was absolutely quite for 2 hours as we waited to be seen it the first place , the only reason they became aware was because the kind nurse asked if it was okay if they can both come from the waiting room into the sonogram office so that my spouse can ba apart of this new journey , it's his first child . further more , you would think a office in the business of obstetrics would be pro family since your bringing them business with mothers who are pregnant , the office manger came out to say "there are no kids allowed here not even in the waiting room they can't be here at all" not a hello , how are you just "get out" so if you want a more family friendly place seek else where or you will be told to wait outside like a pet & outside in the street not even in the building , as big as this place is . please be VERY AWARE OF THESE RULES . NOT EVEN IN THE WAITING AREA MOMMIES . I can't express how incredible the staff was, Eline was my nurse who took my vitals/did my pre check was so sweet and explained the entire process of what to expect during the visit and possible outcomes. Sherri, the ultrasound tech was patient and made me feel so comfortable. Then I met with Dr. Roeckner who took the time to explain everything in detail and reassured me with a detailed plan for myself and baby. Later that day I received a link where I was able to see all my images and a detailed report going over everything that was discussed (96 pages) which was AMAZING. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience. I'm extremely grateful to the office and 10/10 would recommend.
