If you're looking for a kind, understanding doctor who listens to your concerns, DO NOT come here. If you're looking for a doctor with an ego bigger than the state of Florida, this is your guy. Dr. Sanchez outright dismissed the idea that diet and lifestyle could help a "skinny" PCOS patient with fertility which is a complete lie. A quick Google search proves otherwise. Instead of exploring alternative treatments, he pushed only birth control or IVF, as if those were the only solutions. He made me feel hopeless about my fertility without even checking my ovulation. I left mid-appointment in tears, and he couldn't have been more nonchalant and chipper about moving on with his day. He had the audacity to say, "If you were my daughter, I would put you on the pill immediately." Funny enough, he told my friend the exact same thing. Let me be clear: if this were my daughter, I would never let her step foot in this office. He was dismissive, condescending, and completely uninterested in anything outside of his rigid treatment plan. If you dare to question him, good luck....he clearly prefers patients who just nod along with whatever he advises. There was a female doctor in the room during my appointment, and the way he interacted with her made me uncomfortable. Honestly, if she had been the one in charge of my care, I have no doubt my appointment would have gone differently. If you want actual hope and a doctor who considers more than just IVF or birth control, save yourself the heartache and money and go somewhere else. read more

Dr. Sanchez, Rachel and the full team were an absolute God send. My husband and I have an extremely rare genetic carrier trait that we both share. Dr. Sanchez has never seen two individuals with this specific genetic carrier, but he was optimistic from the start with us having embryos that were not impacted by this fatal gene. Even though it was a long journey, every up and down was worth the outcome as we just brought home our IVF baby girl. We owe everything to this clinic and would go through this journey 1000 times over to have the beautiful family that we have. The entire staff shows compassion and care for their patients! Rachel was truly our rock in this process and highly recommend her as the IVF nurse coordinator! I came here on a referral basis from Dr Reyes. I had a 12cm by 11cm uterine fibroid where the end game would be a hysterectomy. Some people have had bigger ones but I'm 100 lb and skinny and athletic with a grapefruit size mass. It was not looking good. So, I was told that if anyone could save my uterus it would be Dr. Fonticiella. And they were right! From start to finish, she was excellent, professional, and explained everything to me. I had already had multiple ultrasounds , SIS with biopsy, and other tests and she did my exam and had me get a pelvic MRI. Once that was complete, she told me that she was very confident she could save my uterus. We scheduled surgery and everything went as expected. I am one week post op and doing well. The staff at this clinic is also very nice and I've never had an issue with them. They ALWAYS call back when I have questions. I work in the medical field too and clients suck sometimes so that probably explains other reviews. But when you work in the field you understand what everyone goes through and puts up with. So, I have nothing to say but praise and good things about the staff at the fertility institute and Dr Fonticiella. I highly recommend her and will come back if I need her for other services in the future. :)) read more

I can't possibly say enough wonderful things about the staff at this office. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM LOVES WHAT THEY DO! They genuinely care about you and want only the best for each patient. The ladies in the IVF department are WONDER WOMEN! They stay in contact and even though you may have to leave a message they get right back to you. The office is very clean and comfortable and if they do run behind it's only by about 10 minutes. I am so glad that I found them. They take insurance and Progyny. read more

I came here and initially saw dr Sanchez which promised an easy and smooth processes which from the get took over a month to get started , he made me see a feternal medicine specialist Even tho I had discontinued my medication and gotten a letter from my psychiatrist . Wasted $333 for them to say okay you can move on to iui. Every time they delayed the wait time for insamination more and more making you wait over 2 hours to "thaw sperm" which I'm sure is dead by the time they insaminate you. They don't provide ultrasound day of your iui to show if you've ovulated and it's safe to go thru with iui and not waste the sperm. I underwent threeiuis and did not get pregnant and I am currently on my fourth which I pretty much had no choice but to go thru with because my vile was already at their facility and the processes to ship it somewhere else is also made really complicated and and costly . I'm sure it's their protocol as I have no fertility issues but I am in a same sex marriage. They did not test my progesterone unless I asked and refused to put me on it. Did nothing to change my protocol for better out come . All in all I would have done ivf at a different clinic and saved myself money . Would not recommend . read more

I'm currently seeing the doctors here. Both of the doctors are great! I have nothing bad to say about them. So I'd give more stars, but the fact that they don't have a patient portal is a huge negative. ! It is 2023. Why they don't have one I can't understand. Communication is a million times better with a portal. I should be able to ask questions through a portal and get results through a portal then having them mailed to me. I will keep this brief and to the point. Did not feel welcomed. Very obvious they do IVF and no advanced gynecological. I work in health care and I was very picky about who I would see for specific issues in perimenopause and did my homework prior. Did not find help. Did not find anything other than abrupt discussion and when they did call me back three weeks later after chart review they said to see XYZ consultant. So technically they did their job to earn the copay, but did not earn my loyalty to your business. 1 to 2 stars. Do not recommend. read more

So far everyone I met is nice. But I have yet to see a doctor. I have no issue with NP's I know they can be just as experienced but I would like to work with the DR sometimes. 1 girl who drew my blood I don't recall her name she seemed to be a bit of a space cadet a tad bit of an air head. Really hoping she didn't mess up the tests bc she seemed out of it. But other than that overall my experience is going well. BUT my biggest issue so far is that there is no patient portal? They email you a form you have to print out fill out and send back and on that form it says it's $1 for the first 25 pages of your medical record. So...I have to pay at least $25 MORE than what I'm already paying just to have my test results? Also I was told it takes a few days...? This office is getting so much money from patients and insurance companies and can't even have a basic patient portal for test results? Can't even email it bc their emails aren't encrypted...? How could your emails NOT be encrypted! You must communicate between each other and other offices via email and is patient information even safe if your email isn't encrypted? Your emails must be encrypted to help with patient safety and confidential info. So seems like who ever came up with this idea just wanted to get as much money possible out of their patients. Wouldn't even have written this review if they had an easier way to see my results. My old DR's office was small just her and 2 other people she saw all her patients personally. She had another office which she was at as well but made sure every women was seen by her. Even had a patient portal for results. I miss that DR it's been so difficult to find one here that was like her, that saw us as people and not dollar signs So for this place 1. The doctors need to see their patients. That's why we are going there. 2. Need to make sure everyone is awake and doing their job not acting ditsy in front of patients 3. I came here after TTC for 13 months with no luck. After the HSG was performed, the doctor told me I would "never conceive a baby without IVF." So we did IVF, it was successful for a bit but then I miscarried. I decided I didn't want to do another round. I did some research on blocked Fallopian tubes, which is what I was diagnosed with. (My tubes were blocked from scar tissue.) I found Clear Passage therapy online and decided to go to their Gainesville clinic in May of 2022. I spent 5 days there and had no idea if the therapy had been successful at clearing my blocked tubes or not, but I was hopeful. In June 2022 I found out I was pregnant, naturally. I gave birth to a healthy baby in February of 2023. Needless to say, the treatment worked, and the doctor at this clinic was wrong! If your infertility is caused by blocked Fallopian tubes I suggest going to Clear Passage and healing your body naturally, rather than going the IVF route. Baby dust! read more

I went to this clinic to have a transvaginal ultrasound. My experience with the ultrasound technician Tami Gonzalez was the most awful medical experience of my entire life. She led me to the room, told me to undress and laydown on the table. She didn't even introduce herself or explain what I should expect before, during, and after the transvaginal ultrasound. The ultrasound technician shoved the probe in with no warning and moved it around with no consideration for the pain and discomfort she was causing me. Tami was uncommunicative, insensitive, and uninformative the whole time she was doing the transvaginal ultrasound. She really made me feel like I was not a person. Someone being in the medical field, especially in fertility and vaginal care, should be gentle and compassionate to patients. The only reason that I am writing a review is because I don't want any other person with a uterus to experience the way this technician Tami Gonzalez made me feel, I left the facility in tears. read more

I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Mark Sanchez. I did my research on my in-network providers with my insurance. Dr. Sanchez had great reviews. I was extremely disappointed when I called. First, his staff was very unfriendly. Second, she stated that he only sees fertility patients, yet he is credentialed in my network as a gynecologist. Also, the website is misleading. States gynecology and treatment of gynecological disorders. Very disappointed as it is difficult enough to find a truly great gynecologist. read more

The clinic I was doing my actual egg donation through was very unhelpful, however FFT was very responsive and always made availability to help me through the process of self injections! My experience with nurse practitioner Deborah Martin was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Although I never reported her I should of. She was cold and very insensitive about my situation plus had the nerve to say I had an STD without having any results back. How did she come to that conclusion is beyond me because I have never had an STD and have been with my husband for 21 years, which by the way it came back negative. On top of having infertility issues you go to these people and all you want is for them to treat you with a little compassion. She was rude, insensitive and so bitter. I am proud I finally got to speak up and rate this person whom should NOT be practicing any type of medicine. She should find a different job if she cannot treat people with respect and dignity. Or better yet just retire, she doesn't contribute anything nice to this world. read more

I really like the RN, Deb Martin, but I almost always end up waiting way too long. My biggest issue is that they charge a 2% fee for using a debit or credit card. Even though they disclose this I think it's unethical for the consumer to pay the credit card fees and not the retailer! read more

My husband and I had a very positive experience here. Sandy, the woman who did my ultrasound, was very caring and took her time. Dr Kalter was just awesome. He never seemed rushed and explained complicated concepts very well. I was impressed that despite the fact that he must give out the same information he gave us 50 times a week, he never seemed scripted or bored. The woman who was at the front desk was the same person who drew my blood (I don't recall her name) and she did an excellent job and also handled the fact that I'm a wimp well. The wait was long, however, they explain that it may be due to the nature of what they do with each patient. We were so pleased with this office. read more

So we came here because being over a certain age classifies you as a "high risk" pregnancy. Whatever! Small office, easy to find, clean, organized, and friendly staff. We got there early and had done the paperwork beforehand, so we went right in. The ultrasound room was big and there was a nice sized screen on the wall for me to see everything from where I sat. I have to say that this was the longest ultrasound that we've ever had in 3 pregnancies. Part of that is because we went to a military hospital for one child, so those of you with that experience know what I mean by that. Anyway, here they had to have taken every measurement possible, from every angle, and heard and saw everything. We even got a peak in 4-D, though we're not far enough along to really see anything there. The technician talked with us the entire time and answered questions, then after she was done, the doctor came in. His manner was very good and we liked the way he talked to us and explained things. After that, the nurse came and drew blood for a DNA test that will tell us the sex of the baby along with any defects, abnormalities, etc. She was really good! Now I know that drawing blood is generally a relatively simple task, but my wife always has trouble with this and ends up with spots that look like big bruises on her arms. This was NOT the case here and the draw flowed very smoothly. When it came time to pay they suggested that we only pay half because they know that our insurance is notoriously slow, and they'd rather us pay the difference in another payment instead of having to get a refund if that turns out to be the case. After all was said, settled, and done, we made our next appointment and left. Definitely looking forward to our next visit here to see and hear more of our eventual bundle of joy!(and to eating at Pickles Plus afterwards) read more
