Cashier suggested I sign up for a free 90 trial membership. It didn't ask my credit card info. Just let me enter my deets and that was it. Cool. Membership is $50 a year. If you get a lot of stuff often, it's worth it. On this trip alone, we saved $35 on what we got. And unlike the Restaurant Depot, they don't make you provide everything short of a DNA sample to get an account, and show proof of an incorporated business. I just wanted some freaking pots. Relax guys. Glad we drove past restaurant depot and came here instead. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. They will walk your order out to your car, and load it up for you. And? Not a single complaint or eye roll or rudeness for asking them questions. Just a lovely friendly attitude and a genuine request to come visit them again.

The store is large, well laid out and full of everything you could ever need. But the best thing about our visit, was the staff. They take customer service seriously. We were asked a few times while perusing by different associates if we needed help finding anything. They didn't give off the pushy "car salesman " vibe either. They genuinely wanted to help. When you go to check out, they will walk to you and take you to a register to get you checked out. But then... are you sitting down?... that same associate walks you out to your vehicle and loads everything in. I know, right!! Where else can you go and get service like that? I cook for our community dinner once a month and you can get canned goods in quantity and quality. Many think you have to be a restaurant owner to shop here. You just need to be a business owner.
