A dainty little cafe in the local area! The decorations match the retro theme, but there could be more to help bring out the theme. I got an iced flower power, but the lavender flavor was lacking. The latte was still good though. I also got a house made broccoli cheddar soup, which was warming and flavorful. Plus, there's parking near it!!

The avocado toast with bacon was delish! The bacon is nice and crispy bits on top. Barista Liz (she is amazing) recommended the Honey white chocolate latte- smooth and creamy deliciousness. The food menu offers-- protein balls, muffins, toasts, egg sandwiches, bagels. Service was prompt and friendly, atmosphere inside is roomy and comfy. Great stop on your way around town!

My boyfriend and I were on A Tuesday in February. We were hoping to get to the on and on across the way, but they were closed. We did not have coffee but had their Turkey/Cheddar/Avocado sandwich with Tomato soup. The soup was delicious! We liked the sandwich but felt it could have been hotter and melted cheese. All in all a great service, cool vibe. We will be back!

Great little shop. I taste tested cappuccino from here vs Zummos. Retro won, hands down!! Coffee is rich, dark and hot. They had a nice selection of soups and sandwiches (panini).

I love my blooming tea to start. The cutest drink I had for a while. Love as well my eggs meal although it would tastes better if comes up with either half salad or half sandwich to complete the package. My friends appreciated how their Cuban and vegan sandwich were made. Serving size is just right for an individual . We saved room for dessert planned to take on next door creamery. My son had been asking for waffles all day, and although they'd moved onto the dinner menu, the chef handed us the brunch menu as well and let my son know that he could pick any waffle he wanted. The food came out, and everything was fresh and delicious! My son got his waffle and a piece of salmon. My husband and I shared a salad, and burger with Mac and cheese. We also had espresso martinis, and could not skip dessert after one of the better meals we'd had in a long time. Will gladly return here anytime we are back in the area.

Our suite was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and very cozy. Detailed instructions throughout ensured we didn't have any frustrations operating doors, locks, coffee makers or heaters! Breakfast in the large, beautifully appointed dining room was absolutely amazing and featured home-made beer bread, specialty omelets, exquisite baked goods, and a variety of coffees and teas. The owner, Allison, and her staff, Kristy, were attentive, informative, and genuinely nice people who engaged us in conversation. Our suite, tastefully decorated in eclectic furniture, had two bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses, a long, carpeted hallway and a vintage-tiled bathroom. Our stay was restful and stressless in the quiet, homey atmosphere of this bed and breakfast that combines features of a B&B from earlier eras with the modern conveniences of an Air BnB. We will stay here again for sure.

Zummo's is a coffee shop and cafe. I found it on Yelp. I could just tell it would be good. The number 2 way to judge a coffee shop. The coffee is good. My black iced coffee was good, and served quickly even though there were a lot of people there. They also sell beans from multiple roasters. Mostly blends. I was always talk about the shock and awe of a spot's baked goods case. I was shocked and awed. They had gigantic, amazing looking scones. I bought one that I'm saving for my family. I ordered a piece of one of 3 frittatas available. Spinach feta. It was way above average for cafe frittata. Good flavor and texture. They had a number of bagel sandwiches ready to be cooked. Although the front room was full when I walked in, it turns out they have a large back room as well. Lots of seating. Wood floors. They also have cool outside seating. I was impressed by Zummo's, and also the closeness of the Scranton community. Lots of people walking together outside. Gathering over coffee. Saying Hi to people. Scranton is doing something right. 5 Stars
