Eventually, I stopped going because the lack of warmth felt off-putting and didn't align with the whole "Treat People With Kindness" vibe the place seems to want to promote.

We discovered Zummo's last year and have been back each time we're in as the coffee and pastries are fantastic. The drinks are very flavorful and we've enjoyed bringing home some bagged coffee as well. The pastries have been excellent as well and we try to get something new each time (all of which have been delicious). It's wonderful to see Scranton have such a nice local coffeeshop and we hope they continue being great for years to come!

Let me say I just had one of the most incredible lunch experiences I've had in some time. A gourmet burger the "house burger" on the menu prepared with nuanced detail & careful attention, perfectly cooked/seasoned high grade beef, ratio of cheese/meat/bread to maintain it's overall sandwich structural integrity was perfectly balanced. Long Hots were a brilliant touch to add nice subtle heat & flavor contrast. Moist texture mouth watering in every respect. Relaxed family atmosphere, tasteful decor, & stellar/friendly service.
