Outstanding!! Ashley and Micah have an amazing team of people that will not only meet but exceed your expectations! From the get-go I let them know that I was limited on time to see houses. Also, that seeing several in one day is too overwhelming for me and things would mesh together in determining what I wanted. Well let me tell you it was a thrill for them to cater to my needs in using an electronic approach in showing me what was available and then allowing me to choose what I wanted to see. They asked me what my criteria was and they went to work. Not only did they send me what I wanted they also showed me how to manipulate the website in the event I wanted to expand my search. Quick side bar : If you're a move hands on type person. They can and will adjust! Now that I was armed and ready we went to work. Every week I received updates on new properties, price changes or a change in status of a property. Active, contingency or back on market. I called them on any active property I wanted to see and they went to work. If the property was empty Ashley, Micah, Bob or Jimmy (other two members of the team) met me at the property day or night! If the owner was still in the property they scheduled the time based off of my schedule and we viewed the property. Any property we saw they provided me facts and their opinion. Facts on the comps in the area and a personal touch of issues they may see with the property. There were a few short sales I viewed and they could tell I was concerned about current price and issues with the home. They gave me their opinion on the challenges dealing with short sales and if the home was overpriced due to issues. All this time their attitude is, I work for you! I want you in the house that you want! There was zero pressure to buy anything! There were a couple houses that we did put bids but fell through or I had to reconsider for various reasons. Once again. No disappointment on their end! This is a lot of money to spend and they wanted me happy! I finally hit the day on two other house(s) I want. We did a second visit to each and I requested the offer(s) be put in. Because it was going to be two offers Ashley called, texted and e-mailed me through the evening drafting up the offer. Be advised this is approximately 7:00 PM. At approximately 8:30 PM Ashley call's me back and said we had an accepted offer. You would think at this point the sale is made and we can throttle back. NO! These guys go full steam ahead. We had an original close date in about two months. The sellers catch a break on a place they are looking at and we push the close date up 30 days. This didn't even phase anyone. Everyone rolled up their sleeves and pushed to make it happen. Inspectors (home and pest), appraisers and probably a slew of other people I didn't even know existed were called in to make this happen for me! Guess what? It happened! Throughout about a 3 week process I was called, updated, called again, e-mailed, texted...you name it...it happened so I could provide information to them and they could update me. This was my first home I ever bought. Ashley & Micah where awesome, they explained the whole process of buying my home from A-Z and made it very simple which made me feel so comfortable. These guys are super professional clean cut and know what their doing. They set me up to receive homes before other buyers that matched my search criteria. When I originally started looking for homes I would call them and they always picked up their phone, due to my crazy schedule I would call them last minute to look at a home and they were always ready and willing to show me a home. My home was only on the market for 2 days and it had 8 offers on it before I viewed it. The seller was going to choose one of those offers at noon.  I showed up at the house at 10am that day. It was exactly what I was looking for. Ashley called the seller, put her on speaker phone in front of me and was able to determine what I needed to come in at to get my offer accepted and outbid the other 7 buyers which I found out one of them was a co-worker of mine. I'm so glad Ashley was my Realtor. Ashley's assistant Tom sent the offer as soon as I left the house. I signed it electronically and got my offer accepted the very next day. I could not believe they where able to get things done so quick & easy. They gave me Curtis at Watchdogs to do my home inspection, he was so thorough with his report allowing Ashley to negotiate with the seller to get me an additional $5,000 in closing cost. I ended up buying a 3 bedroom, 3 car garage, with a pool for $175,000. There preferred lender Jason Hill at Leader One was the best. He was available to answer my calls or called me right back. He explained all my options to get me the best deal. Our experience with Micah and Ashley, Selling a home is stressful, and selling a home and moving to the other side of the United States can add a crazy amount of anxiety, Micah, Ashley and their team helped alleviate a lot of those feelings. My wife and I went into a Pardee new home build. The builder gave me the pricing sheet and offered me a $10,000 incentive if I sign asap. By the way, this is my first home we ever bought. We recently purchased a house which we will soon make a home thanks to Ashley and Micah Rhett. I met Micah when I found a property on Zillow I wanted to inquire about. That was the end of my search for a real estate agent. Micah assured me we were in good hands and he lived up to his promise.
