As of March 2020 the restaurants are not opened, nor does the construction look close to being wrapped up. The chapel at the start of the river walk is a unique touch - very neat. I have no idea why they chose tile over wood floors, but the rest of the chapel is beautiful. I hope they install traditional wooden pews!
