They called 5 times to make sure they had mine and my sister's correct contact information. It seemed like they were very organized and prepared, but that could not be more wrong. We booked the party bus to transport the wedding party and wedding guests to our after party location. The bus never showed up. I requested the driver only contact my sister if need be as I was the bride and not on my phone. They only called me once, left a voicemail that was completely unintelligible words. My sister called that number back after she noticed I had a missed call. The driver answered, then hung up. She called again, he said call the management company, but didn't provide a number. My sister eventually found the number and got ahold of the management team. They offered no solution. The groom called management again and they offered to come pick us up at the after party location, but still for an extra cost. My husband asked for a refund and they refused. I cannot believe the horrible customer service we experienced. I will say Sabrina was our point of contact until we ran into any issues and she was so sweet, sounded genuinely excited for us every time we spoke. The owner of the company was rude when my husband spoke with him, and the driver was absolutely awful and unprofessional on the phone. Obviously nothing could ruin our amazing perfect day, but this definitely put a wrench in the after party celebrations. I will NEVER allow my friends or family to book from this company. Thank god my credit card company was able to dispute the charge and I got a refund that way. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. update: i've received word from my sister Sabrina was NOT helpful. i take it back.

If I could give zero stars I would…read more Contracted our reservation (paid) in January 2020 for limo services in a 20-22 passenger Chevy Suburban with ice provided for 3 hours in August. The vehicle that arrived was a 16-18 passenger Hummer H2. The interior of the Hummer H2's door fell off upon the driver's attempt to close it (we have photos). The vehicle had Zero Air Conditioning and no ice was provided. Upon further examination, the wheel wells were dented, the rear black areas were faded to grey, and the driver's side exterior was significantly scratched and rusted. We decline the use, and were not provided transportation services because the vehicle was not safely operational and would not fit our party of individuals. Immediately, on the day of (during out wedding) we placed a call into the office. Additionally, the driver communicated with his dispatch. The company offered to communicate a resolution by Monday. Although many attempts have been made in the last two months to communicate (messages have been left with the representatives) with this company both book representatives Nicole and Amanda have failed to provide an opportunity to speak with Mr. Evan Ellis the Operations Manager. We are requesting a full refund. However, to this day no resolution has been discussed because management is not willing to communicate. Additionally, the booking representatives have failed to provide a resolution. This company did not provide transportation as contracted. Nor did they provide comparable or safe transportation for our contract.
