We booked this company for our wedding two months in advance. I had multiple check ins with the company throughout the planning process and even the day of the wedding. They called 5 times to make sure they had mine and my sister's correct contact information. It seemed like they were very organized and prepared, but that could not be more wrong. We booked the party bus to transport the wedding party and wedding guests to our after party location. The bus never showed up. I requested the driver only contact my sister if need be as I was the bride and not on my phone. They only called me once, left a voicemail that was completely unintelligible words. My sister called that number back after she noticed I had a missed call. The driver answered, then hung up. She called again, he said call the management company, but didn't provide a number. My sister eventually found the number and got ahold of the management team. They offered no solution. The groom called management again and they offered to come pick us up at the after party location, but still for an extra cost. My husband asked for a refund and they refused. I cannot believe the horrible customer service we experienced. I will say Sabrina was our point of contact until we ran into any issues and she was so sweet, sounded genuinely excited for us every time we spoke. The owner of the company was rude when my husband spoke with him, and the driver was absolutely awful and unprofessional on the phone. Obviously nothing could ruin our amazing perfect day, but this definitely put a wrench in the after party celebrations. I will NEVER allow my friends or family to book from this company. Thank god my credit card company was able to dispute the charge and I got a refund that way. I called this Limo company for my daughter's sweet 17 birthday gift, concert tickets for a Dad daughter date to Jelly Roll. This company went way beyond customer service from the beginning to the very end! They were so sweet and fantastic! I don't go to many concerts. They knew how to plan and the time that would be needed. Sabrina, their driver and Scheduler was the sweetest person ever. They worked with us even when finances took a wrong turn. I was emailed a quote quick, set up with my trip and confirmed all within 12 hours. They were very accommodating to all my requests. All my questions were answered prior to the trip. My daughter and I was extremely happy with this limo service. There was a mixup on my end the day before the wedding and they was very patient and understanding with me. The driver was amazing she's kind, great at what she does and gave me a huge peace of mind that my daughter was in good hands for the hours she drove them around after there wedding. We had dublins best limos pick us up for a night on the town this past weekend for my 40th birthday. We had a wonderful time! Our driver was very friendly and definitely made us feel special! She was even accommodating to let the kids ride for a special ride and took pictures for us! Limo was clean. No fancy lights or fancy tv - but we didn't care. Our driver, Drew, was awesome! We had a few pick up and drop off locations and did not have to wait for the limo to get there once, he was perfectly timely. He also always opened the door for us and took pictures of our group in front of the limo, very nice. The limo itself was very clean. The communication style of the owner is very casual, so be prepared for that - it threw me off a little bit but he always responded so quick and said enough to get the job done - that should in no way keep you from doing business with them as they provide quality service. Prices are affordable and some of what you pay for the service gets donated to their ministry! So good cause. Will definitely recommend God Brother Limo and Dublin's Best Limo (they own both) to anyone! read more

If I could give zero stars I would my daughters prom was ruined last week. They were 40 mins late and the driver said it was because it was being cleaned it wasn't clean at all and the limo was falling apart and there were cork screws and vape pens in there so they cleaned nothing !! We didn't even have time to do pictures because they were so late Don't waste your money these are memories I can't get back so you should reconsider before booking with this service !! read more

Worst limo service ever. I booked a limo through Dublin's Best Limos for my wedding and was told I couldn't book it for less than three hours even though I only needed two. I decided that was fine and that I could just have the limo pick me up from my hotel to take me to the church and then just wait until the ceremony was over. The driver was supposed to be there at 2:00 and the wedding was at 2:30. At 2:15, I was still waiting in the parking lot, no limo in sight so I called Anthony who told me the driver was 2-3 minutes away and hung up on me. At 2:20 (keep in mind it was a 12 minute drive to the church and the ceremony started at 2:30) I called back and spoke to Anthony again who said the driver was getting off the exit which was 5 minutes away. He said, "don't worry, she'll be there in a few minutes." I told him I didn't have a few minutes, so the hotel shuttle would have to take me and requested he send the driver to the church. I also asked that he not charge me for the first hour since the driver was not there at the specified time. Needless to say, I was late for my own wedding. To make matters worse, the driver came into the church immediately after the ceremony and got into the receiving line with our guests and tried to get me to sign a receipt for the full three hours. I asked that she wait until we were finished greeting our guests so I could make sure I wasn't being charged for three hours. When I met her outside she said, "we'll just add an extra hour on at the end and you can have the limo until 6:00." I advised her that our reception started at 5:00 so there was no need for the extra hour. She gave us such a hassel that my parents told me to just sign the form and be done with it. We then got into the limo only to find that the air conditioning was broken and it was 90 degrees out which made for a fun ride and some really great hair for our pictures (insert sarcasm). Everything else about our day was perfect other than our experience with Dublin's Best Limo Service so please take this review into consideration, especially since I was unable to find any other reviews on this company. read more
