One of the best facilities I've ever been to for weight training. When I first heard about the gym…read moreand found out that it was centered around tennis and racquet ball I was skeptical about its weight room and facilities for general strength training, but I was thoroughly impressed with both the variety and quality of equipment that they have there. Exceptional value too!

As a kid, I always came here for tennis lessons. Just recently I got a gym membership here and…read morehonestly I can already tell that I'm really going to like it (hopefully). They aren't some greedy corporate business looking to take every penny from you. It's a family run business that look to provide the best services for you. When I was inquiring about a membership, they guy didn't try to sell me on it at all. He just went over what they offer and gave me everything I needed and told me that I could go home and think about it and just to come back if I was interested or to call if I had any further questions. I went back the next morning and there was a different guy working the counter. He was a riot. He walked me through the gym again like I requested and he was just a total hoot. He really made me feel welcome. I was very impressed by how family oriented this place felt. The workers knew the members names when they walked in. Everyone got an acknowledgement. I really like the feel for this place. They don't have annual fees or start up fees for their membership. (Like I said they really aren't trying to screw you in any way possible) I can't wait to really utilize this facility. I'm excited!

The facility itself is…read moreimpressive, and the studio space in particular appears well equipped for a wide range of group fitness classes. Unfortunately, that potential is not being leveraged. The class schedule is surprisingly anemic for a club of this size and setup. Offering only two Pilates classes per week, with no barre classes at all despite having the equipment for them, is a missed opportunity. In most clubs, Pilates, barre, and yoga are among the most popular and consistently well attended offerings. I had expected a similar level of programming here. Because of this lack of variety and availability, I have since joined the Y. It is clear that the club's focus is primarily on pickleball and swimming, as those areas have far more consistent scheduling and participation. If that is the direction they intend to prioritize, it may be worth considering focusing exclusively on those offerings rather than presenting the club as a more well rounded fitness facility. Or an alternative is to sell it to someone who can manage it to its potential.

We then rented a court to play some soccer/basketball and then got to use the pool. The girls all had so much fun. The bar was also a great addition for family and friends to hang out while the kids enjoyed the party. Can't say enough about the staff and facility. It was a great new option for a party as we usually go to the same places in Plymouth For kids birthday parties. Thank you VSC!!

I've been playing tennis on these courts since 2019, primarily from late fall through early spring…read more Recently, the courts have been refreshed, and some have been converted into dual-purpose courts to include pickleball. The lighting is also better than at many other indoor facilities, which I truly appreciate. It's not overpriced--very affordable. The female locker room is dated but very clean, and there is a changing and shower room as well. A little-known fact: there's a clay court tucked behind the building that feels especially private. Most importantly, the staff--from the manager/owner, Vinkey (and her adorable dog, Lucky), to the front desk attendants--are all incredibly accommodating. Need a match but don't know anyone? They've got you covered with affordable doubles match sign-ups. I don't play anywhere else nearly as much as I do here--especially outside of the summer season.

There is no annual dues which is awesome and they have an online platform for members to book their courts as long as it's not the day of booking. The owners of this clubs are very nice people and are always responsive to those that attend the club. This club has a large parking lot, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot. The locker rooms are clean. They have clinics for people of all levels and leagues on the weekend. My one criticism of this club is that the prices for courts and clinics are more expensive than another court that's within a few miles of this club. -ODL Connect with me! IG & YouTube: @AOEAT
