It was disappointing to spend money on games that couldn't even be played. One particular young staff member was especially unprofessional--she spoke to customers disrespectfully, provided little to no clear information, and escalated frustration rather than helping resolve it. With better training, stronger leadership, properly maintained games, and a more organized reservation process, this place could be a great experience. Once reported to the staff, a new pizza was delivered. Next were sliders, cheeseburger and pulled pork, but only cheeseburger sliders were served, and with no condiments. Not wanting to sour my mood by dealing with glitches now and perhaps later when more food arrived, I just let it pass and enjoyed my evening with my colleagues. Let me reiterate that we had a good time and my boss thanked me profusely for organizing the event, so no harm there. And for those of you that say "you should've let the manager know", I did, by email the next day, again, putting a bit of enjoyment for myself above constantly keeping an eye on what was happening with the food. Would I go there again? Probably not, but for some this would be a fun night out, but to me is another "order what you want, eat what you get" place.

When we drove by ryans family amusement on a Monday afternoon and it looked closed. I was thinking to myself awe another place out of business but no! We got the joint all to ourselves. Ryans family amusements didn't have some of the newer arcade games but my children 3 and 5 definitely enjoyed themselves. After about an hour of gaming we mosied on over to the bowling alley. Here we pulled the bumpers up and did some candle pin bowling. They did have a dinosaur slide to perfect the kiddos bowling game . They also serve cape cod beer to perfect the adults bowling game! Even though we signed waivers in advance there was a computer snafu and they had to redo them for our whole party making the check in a fairly long process. In general the communication/ process for getting ready and starting the GoKarting didn't feel super smooth as the passenger but you could tell the staff was organized and knew what they were doing. They were also super flexible when one round they accidentally had child settings on some of our karts and let us redo the round. The go karting was super fun and it was great that we got to do both tracks. Special shout out to manager David. We had dressed up as our dad from various eras for Father's Day and he loved our vibe so much he offered us a free round of virtual darts! The darts were fun although not as thrilling as the GoKarting, kinda similar vibe to bowling. Overall we had a great time go karting and staff was super pleasant and helpful, would recommend.
