I've now lost over 6 weeks and have to go find and hire a new event planner. It's extremely unprofessional behavior and also quite rude. We ended up renting all of our glassware from them and so pleased that we did. They were all in pristine condition when we picked them up. And just like presented in their website. They have a huge warehouse located in Richmond and it was easy to find. Their warehouse seems like it had it all. You can literally rent big pieces of furniture, lighting, etc. What a production they had! We were impressed. The lady at their gate entrance was so friendly, too! Huge smile on her face when we got there to pick-up our rentals. They will also deliver but I believe there is a minimum order for delivery. All of my correspondence with them happened over e-mail and I can't even begin to tell you how easy it was for me without ever having to call. MELANIE LEINWEBER (and MADISON YARBROUGH) worked with us through the entire process and was so responsive and prompt to all of our inquiries and changes/revisions. Their contract is clear and concise. They were very professional and wonderful to work with. Sure made it easy for us. Returning our rentals was easy as well. Wanted to support but they were a no-show at the appointment time that we had set up. I drove 1/2…read morean hour to meet the owner. No owner. I texted on the way over, texted again. Texted several more times when I got there. Waited around and texted some more. Finally, they texted me back after I was long gone. I had already reserved glasses, chairs, tables, and linens to rent with this company and wanted to look over the wine glasses to make sure they were nice. The owner or whoever never showed up. According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. They could have completely ruined this important events. If you can't trust them to show up to a meeting, how can you trust them with your special event.

The team truly delivers from every angle - style, creativity, efficiency, effectiveness - they helped us figure out what we wanted and were realistic with us about what what was doable. During our event, they managed everything down to a T, and did everything in their power to make it an incredible experience. After they saw I wasn't totally thrilled with the bouquet the florist brought (it was kind of giant), Jesse magically reworked the bouquet in the minutes before the ceremony to make it perfect. And they just bring joy and warmth to the whole thing.
