I was also impressed with Sandi's willingness to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I am on a low-carb diet. Sandi made low-carb pancakes for me and made a fresh strawberry topping for them. The group had several people dancing and a lot just boping. We were advised that the same group will be at the Pine Meadows Country Club for the next three weeks on Saturdays from 6:00 - 9:00pm. Then the started proceeded to tell us again that we're a whole hole behind.... Hole 11 is a 105 yard par 3.... We were rushed throughout the round, and the staff didn't know what was going on. I Won't be coming back...
