Came here for a couples massage to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I did my due diligence, it's not the cheapest nor most expensive place, but it had the best reviews! It's located in a quiet strip mall with plenty of parking. They have a welcoming waiting area with a mini fridge full of drinks to stay hydrated. JT was my massage therapist. Her hands were magic! She found all my knots and ironed them out. Got to try cupping...no sir, I don't like it. But I LOVED the hot stones, they melted all my stress and tension away! He is welcoming and knowledgeable and he really helped with some knots I had in my upper body and hip flexors from our travels. I booked with Melissa, and if I lived in the area I would see her regularly! She was amazing and extremely good at what she does. I did a custom massage with firm/deep pressure, lavender aromatherapy, and Chinese herb infused oil. They also put on a weighted, warm eye mask when you are lying on your back and it's lovely. We had a couple's massage with Melissa and Derek! Very good and much needed massages! We really appreciated the customization options to suit exactly what we needed, no restricting limitations. We both combined a deep tissue massage with cupping. I even added hot towels and hot stones, even with just an hour they were able to fit everything! They were both very cautious about our needs and were very kind! Melissa took her time with all of my knots, very polite and seemed very experienced! We went in for a couples massage and I asked for a Deep Tissue massage with a deep pressure during my check in. I was told that my masseuse Yuki was very experienced. During the first 10 minutes I kept asking her to increase the pressure, because she was giving me very light pressure. I must have asked about 15 times and finally asked her if she knows to to give a deep tissue massage and she said that is the strongest she can do. She then left the room and the front desk receptionist came I. And explained that that is the best she can do and gave me the option to stop the massage or continue. I chose to stop while my wife continued on with her masseuse Spencer. Despite my complaint they still wanted to charge me for a 30 minute massage when we booked a 90 minute, and ended up not even getting a massage i requested. Management said that i can either pay it or leave but if i leave they will have to report me. To be fair, Spencer did give my wife a good massage and we even tipped him. So bottom line, management was terrible at this establishment. This is the first time I ever walked out on a massage because it was that bad. read more
