If anything, it looks a little sketchy from the outside given the bars on the window, but it's not a sketchy place at all. Believe me when I say this. I stopped in on a Monday night for a nightcap. It was nice and quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for that particular evening, the following day being a travel day for me. As you can see from my pics, it's a nice little place. Pool tables need to be better numbered than pool ball lights kinda over a table. Furniture could stand to be In better shape. No simple syrup at the bar, at least the one bartender tried and the drink was good with the substitute. There was a guy at the door taking money for a cover charge. Then you would have to pay to play pool, ridiculous! Bartenders need better clear cut rolls here, maybe a few more would help. I was supposedly third on a list for a table and it seems I was skipped as were a few others. Athens needs a real pool hall. This place has turned into a disaster from when I was younger.
