My experience was ok. The bartender took my order in an orderly fashion, my food was hot and fresh. I would recommend people eat here.

I visited last night and unfortunately did not have a good experience. I ordered the Smashburger with tater tots and became physically ill shortly after eating. I had to leave the restaurant abruptly. My friend's pizza also seemed underprepared. I have emailed the office manager to share the details and hope they will take the feedback seriously. I'm not looking to be dramatic -- just hoping quality and food preparation can be reviewed so this doesn't happen to someone else. read more

Went here for dinner. Had the American Dream Cheeseburger with Tater Tots. The food was good. Our waitress was attentive considering they were busy at the time. Typical atmosphere for a bar/grill. We came on a Wednesday at 1:00pm. We were not greeted by our server until 1:20. Once we ordered the food came out pretty quickly. Our server never came back to check on us, multiple people walked past and never offered us more drinks or ask about our food. After being finished for about 25 minutes we finally got her attention and asked for our check... she said "oh umm yea". Would not recommend if you are in a hurry or get annoyed easily by the lack of common sense. Also a girl who was running food/bussing was so rude towards the host/busser. I found this place to be worthy of five stars based on the food and drink, the service, and the ambiance at lunchtime. I ordered the BBQ Plate consisting of Pulled Pork, Coleslaw, Brunswick Stew, Texas Toast, and pickles. The plate is generously portioned, and you will not leave hungry. By the numbers: - Pulled Pork 5/5. A another Yelper mentioned, it has a nice Memphis style tanginess to it. - Coleslaw 5/5. I could not find any fault with the coleslaw. It was very good. - Brunswick Stew 4/5. It was good, but it just didn't grab me as much as the other food on the plate. I jazzed it up with some Texas Pete hot sauce. - Texas Toast 5/5. It was very good and nice to have on the plate as a counterbalance to the other items on the plate. - Pickles 5/5. The plate is served with a generous portion pickle slices. I don't know whether they make their pickles in house, but they were good in any event. I washed it all down with a Makers Mark rocks and a Classic City Lager, as one does. The service was excellent from start to finish. My server, Erin, did a great job and helped make the meal very enjoyable. The ambience is nice. We decided to give the Blind Pig Tavern a try for lunch after our daughter and son-in-law recommended it. Well the food was delicious. I had the cheeseburger, fries and a cup of chili. My better half had the Flaming Cyrus, our daughter had the small nachos, our son in law had the chicken quesadilla and everyone enjoyed their meal. The grandson gave a thumbs up to the kids fingers. For appetizers we tried the fried mushrooms, cheese sticks along with chips and salsa. All three were spot on. Crowd at the bar is really strange. They like to start rumors and gossip about people they don't know. My wife and I heard them talking about other patrons. Very sketchy. Service is hit or miss. Bartender threw a receipt at me once and got upset when I wanted a georgia game put on the tv. Need better staff here (for the most part) and definitely a different group around the bar. We were seated and put in our drink order. My wife got a beer that she said was really cold in a pint glass just the way she likes it. I got the sweet tea. I ordered a bowl of chili and tater tots, and my wife got the mushroom and swiss burger with fries. The chili was served with a good amount of crackers. It was quite good and spicy. Are here for dinner last night. Only a bar food type guy and the wings were spot on. Had a good amount of heat for my liking. Bartender was very helpful in selecting drink and food items. I asked for local brews and she almost looked at me like I was crazy (in a good way). They have so many local beers available. Bar area was very clean and did not feel crammed as you do in some bars. Took my son who is on a wheelchair in and the table the waitress attempted to seat us at was less than two feet away from the occupied tables on either side of it.
