This is a great location for an outdoor event. There is plenty of space for vendors to set up. The bathrooms have a bit of a highway rest stop feel but they were clean and had attendants keeping it that way so that's good. The staff were very good about refreshing the trash cans which is very important for events like United We Brunch. I like the style of layout. The mixture of astroturf and well placed walkways with decorative rocks gives a clean look that is easy to navigate.

I absolutely love the outside set up here. It is a beautiful spot to come and wind down with my small family. A huge plus that this is a Spurs place of practice & they show the games on the projector. And they usually keep it clean for how busy this place gets. But customer service lacks. The Old Fashioned was okay but very watered down from the ice cubes. For a drink that comes out to $17 I would recommend proper spheres or cubes. The bar top took our order and number and said the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes and would text us. We waited about 35 minutes before checking on it and the server said "oh yeah it's been sitting here". When asked why we didn't receive a text, we were just shrugged off. I ordered the Blanca pizza that has a lemon ricotta, jalapeños and red onion. And the pizza was delicious but I would've liked to enjoy it fresh instead of cold considering again the price. The server did not give any apologies or concern to the miscommunication or offer a fresh pizza.

Another event held at The Rock that's close to my heart. Came here for the Light the Lamp for Blood Cancer Walk 2025. First time apparently here in SA and it was really touching. Booths of sponsors everywhere and people supported the event in a celebratory way reminding cancer stricken family and friends are empowered and not alone. Amazing venue for an amazing cause. (It helps that they have food and water in the venue. Try the Roca & Martillo!

The Rock at La Cantera is always part of my 3.5 mile walk during the weekends . We live very nearby just a 3 minutes walk from our place . After I walk at the trails infront of it , I go straight to the Rock, I feel safe and secure as there are always people in there . It' is also very family friendly . Every now and then I see some ongoing events and sometimes on special occasions my husband and I would dine at the Roca and Martillo. It's a very wholesome venue for events or just simply hanging out with the family.

Awesome experience. Went for the country music series they have on Saturdays for a period of time. Was really excited that drinks and food are not an arm and a leg. It's very affordable. Plus it's free to these events. Heard some top notch music that I feel we should have paid for. Great place for a family night out. It's fun. Go. You will like it.

Such a nice open air gathering spot! There is a basketball court, a splash pad, a large grassy area and lots of parking all the way around it. They often show movies and games on their big screen and have tons of events. When they have their events, they also have bars set up. They've recently added a huge covering, so that makes it a lot more comfortable. We live around the corner, so have gone to lots of events...there is a nice stage with fantastic sound system. Last night they had a Juneteenth celebration, followed by several DJs. Always a lot of fun!

This place has become one of my favorite venues for outdoor activities. It's pretty spacious. You can bring your lawn chairs and blankets. They have a splash pad for the kids. They have events going on every week. I went for the live band karaoke and it was super fun. When they do have events, they don't let you bring in outside food or drink. They do sell food and drink on site. The restaurant also sells drinks to take to the lawn. I especially like that it is dog friendly. Parking is available on site and free. I It is located behind the apartments at La Cantera so there's plenty of ways to get here. During the day, there's not a lot of shade.

Lovely menu, they even had frozen lemonade and frozen pain killers. Lovely staff, beautiful and well kept space. There even seems to be a trail around the rock. Plenty of people walk their dogs on the trail and they have Christmas decor up.

Met up with some friends for Rhythm & Beats- Neon Night. We also met up with our Meet & Greet San Antonio Group and what a night it was! The DJ's were doing their thing, everyone was just out having a good time. It was just a vibe!

Enjoy music, pop up shops, Bingo, movie night and of course, watch the big Spurs games on the jumbo screen. There are good food trucks and a variety of drinks to enjoy at your on cost. Parking is within walking distance and available via lots and on the nearby streets. I encourage you to go and enjoy soon.

Rooftop seating with a great view of the screen

It's a nice venue. It's super clean and surprisingly quiet for a sports venue. There are just spots, but there is a walk across the courtyard to get to the restrooms or anywhere else. There's a nice restaurant adjacent to it. I never expected to be watching a Spurs game on a large screen outdoor place. I enjoyed it.

Very beautiful park to hang out with friend and family. Plus there is a biking/walking trail nearby that goes to the Rim shopping area.

The deserts were amazing and the majority of the food was great! However the only thing that truely bugged me was the döner. I have been to Turkey before and have had some incredible ones even in surrounding European countries. This was subpar to that experience. The issue wasn't the meat. It was everything else. A hispanic tortilla, onions, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo was what was included on. What about the cabbage, yogurt-based tzatziki, garlic sauce (toum), or spicy chili sauce. Pickled peppers and turnips? THAT would have been the best selling item and it would have shown San Antonio what Turkish food really is! Not some North American dumbed down version like all the other cultural food seems to be these days.

The food was pretty good, obviously not exactly what you would get in the country itself but honestly it gives a good idea if you've never been. Everyone was super sweet and informative. I thought it was cute but as someone who has visited some of the countries that they were representing they definitely needed more people out there! The booths actually meant to inform people on the cultures lacked anything that might maybe make people want to visit. As a tourist I almost felt bad that the countries weren't made to look as cool as they really are. I definitely think they should put more out there but despite this it's a great thing they are doing here. I'd definitely recommend people to try it out! The food wasn't expensive at all and was really tasty, it's a great way to step outside of your comfort zone and enjoy someone else's culture. They also had lovely music which was live along with a raffle give away. Everyone was kind and I hope to see them expand in the future. It was also really nice because you could feel the difference in culture with the hospitality of the Turkic community. Very very good service! Thank you!

My kids really thought the indoor go-karts were exciting. Admission came to roughly $24/per child after taxes and it included two adults free of entry, which I appreciated. You can purchase a Play Card separately to add tokens to the card for access to activities like the kiddie go-karts or the few game stations they have pepper inside the facility. One thing I really liked is that once you pay for your admission and come in, you can leave and re-enter as many times as needed. Just keep your receipt and show them at the front when you return and they will let you back in, which is super helpful if you need a break or have to step out for a bit. Even though it was busy, it didn't feel overly chaotic. It felt like all the kids were engulfed in fun. They also have a station to purchase beverages like juice boxes, apple sauce and soft drinks and small snacks for convenience. The environment felt safe and families were respectful and attentive to their kids. Overall it was a good experience and we would come back again.
