I assembled instrument and every thing seemed to be OK. However, when I assembled it at home, I noticed the middle joind woobled a lot, something I did not notice earlier. I called Peter to ask how come he did not notice that. His response was not only rude, but downright nasty. "I did not notice any movement with the middle joint." I stated , how is it possible that I take the instrument home and notice a severe middle joint wobble. He responded, if you don't like how I repair your instrument don't bring it back to me. You bet, I would never bring any instrument to your basement shop. Warning to would be woodwind owners don't bring your instrument to Peter Bannon, if you complain about the work, expect insults.

He rented us a FRESHLY CLEANED/Sanitized clarinet, with a sticker of authenticity proving it had gone through the utmost sanitization in order to be rented out. The Norwalk office was nice & protected against Covid & the entire transaction was so effortless. I also purchased reeds while I was there. I'll continue to be a loyal customer for all of my instrument needs from now on. I'm so grateful to be able to support AAA Band Rentals & to spread the word for my friends & acquaintances to also venture over to AAA Band Rentals for their own band rental instruments, equipment & supplies.
