I was greeted by Mike Jr (the CEO/Owner) and completed everything online including creating my online profile to be able to pay/update account info/etc. Mike was superb with assisting me. He rented us a FRESHLY CLEANED/Sanitized clarinet, with a sticker of authenticity proving it had gone through the utmost sanitization in order to be rented out. The Norwalk office was nice & protected against Covid & the entire transaction was so effortless. I also purchased reeds while I was there. I'll continue to be a loyal customer for all of my instrument needs from now on. They are a dealer for Buffet and Selmer, and carry Clark Fobes clarinet gear too. Every time I see Crystal at Wright Music it is a great experience, and reminds me that in these days of internet shopping, the human interaction in a "real music store" adds considerably to the buying experience. She is always knowledgable and helpful, and if she doesn't have what I'm looking for, she can get it quickly. With the near-evaporation of the W 48th Street (Manhattan) music strip, I've made Wright Music my go-to spot for all things relating to sax & clarinet. Highly recommended and always worth the trip!
