Also told them of the wall outlet that doesn't work and the person I talked to said he would look at it while he was here. Well, another worker showed up, didn't know anything about the outlet and it took 4 hours to replace the tile. I didn't check the tile until after the worker left as they had been often I figured they could at least get the color right. I cannot express enough how difficult it has been to work with thia company and would not recommend them to anyone.

Well, since posting that review, the owner looked into why this happened and then contacted me directly to explain what happened and to apologize to me personally. The issue was in the way the messages were being handled by their office attendant. I have changed my review to five stars because it was clear to me that the owner, Levi, was unaware that an error had occurred, and once he became aware, he researched why it happened and then reached out to me to make it right. We are all imperfect human beings and live in an imperfect world. What matters is whether we have the strength of character to directly address mistakes when then happen and fix them. Levi was very quick to respond, and I had them come out to my house to give me a quote for the job. This is the kind of accountability and integrity that made me decide to give them another shot. First, they dealt one-on-one with my insurance company until they paid up, a Herculean task in itself. This included being at my house to meet with the adjuster when he did his damage assessment so that nothing was missed, and several back and forths with State Farm, who tried to back out of paying for repairs they initially approved, until all the money that had been promised me was received. Secondly, the crews that Jake and Mike hired and supervised were all top notch. This included roofers, painters, window rappers and dry wallers. Everything was done to the highest standard-Jake even came back one final time to inspect things and make sure everything was perfect.
