I love going into Big Lots to shop for affordably priced kitchen ware and household items. Not only…read moredo they have a furniture section, which is very reasonably priced, they have a grocery section that has a lot of name brand items for way less than at a grocery store. Although there aren't a lot of associates walking around the store to help you, the front end staff are very nice and help direct you around the store or they can call help for you. The only downside is that they don't offer delivery for their furniture which is a bummer if you don't have a pickup. All in all, I'd shop here again.

(There were 3 employees and myself in the store at the time) The other two employees were busy talking to each other and came across as uncaring about losing my business over this. Suggestion for anyone in sales: when encountering a situation where the customer is unhappy and says that you are about to lose their business, maybe say something like, "Let me call my boss as ask them what we can do."
